    When buying my truck the dealership offered me this warranty and I declined
    They talked me into getting the platinum warranty because they said it covered everything
    After a year the marker light went out
    I put my claim in and was you guessed it
    DENiED
    They said we don’t cover headlights
    I said this truck has LED lights and those are all electronic not a light bulb
    I brought the truck to the dealership and was told the whole headlight assembly would need to be replaced at a cost of $1500 plus two hours of labor at $120 an hour
    So the warranty that I bought for $4000 is useless garbage
    Thanks millinum for helping me out
    Should have stuck to my first decision and said no
    It wouldn’t have hurt so bad in the wallet

    This company will absolutely give you the runaround trying to make a claim. They seem to have many tricks, like leaving you on hold and forgetting about you, transferring you around until, they finally tell you the person you need to talk to isn't available and will call you back the next day, then you never get a call back. When I finally got someone to admit that they will never cover my back up camera claim because they didn't like how my oil change records look, I was sent to cancellations just to be told that I'd have to call the dealer that I bought the truck from to cancel the policy. The company doesn't really have a central location, but has hired a bunch of phone answerers that work from home. Which I think is why they just transfer you from person to person until you give up. I have talked to a few different dealers that said nothing good about this company if they knew anything at all about them. The long and the short of it is, TOTALLY AVOID MILLENNIUM

    There a complete rip off I borrowed $5000 and have paid $20000 to them and still refuse to give me my title back. I have several times to try and have someone contact me and still have yet to get a response

    My 2014 Ram **** has been at the dealer for several weeks because the air suspension system is shot. All four air struts have bad leaks, and I cannot drive the vehicle long at all before all the air has leaked and the truck starts bouncing like I am on a boat on rough waters.Millennium apparently sent someone out to inspect the vehicle after the dealership diagnosed it, and came back denying there is anything wrong. Even the dealer says it doesnt make sense, there were over 20 trouble codes only for the air suspension itself. Not to mention the visible height changes of the vehicle as the air struts lose their air over time.When I called Millenium, they basically said it is what it is and there was nothing that could be done. I am out of luck.Save your money and dont pay for a millenium extended warranty package. Their whole thing is to rob people apparently without providing any returns at all.

    My car is a 2017 Buick encore w/30,000. It has a blown piston. I have been w/out a vehicle for 2 weeks. The *************** have dragged their feet and have not paid for any rental. They claim they pay me back but not till they approve the repair. They sent their person out to inspect my car now they want a quote for pistons and rings. The dealer says it needs a new motor. I am going to contact them tomorrow and then I am going to a lawyer. I bought my car from Sundance and I purchased the platinum warranty. I would not recommend this company they dont care that I have to pay for a vehicle at 320 a week while they take their time to decide to approve it.

    In review of the findings, the failure is consistent with needing piston and rings. This is a very common issue with this engine. If the repair facility deems it needs an engine, we simply need to be shown a failure as such. As of this point, they have yet to show this to be the case thus,  we asked for the estimate in accordance with what is shown to be failed. 

    Regarding rental. Per the terms and conditions of the contract, rental is based off of labor time of an authorized repair. We do not have an authorized repair as of this time. Once the repair is authorized, the rental allowance then would be calculated based on the terms and conditions of the policy. 

    We will have the adjuster contact the facility again and see if they can present further evidence of the need for an engine over what was presented thus far.

    This company needs to be shut down. I purchased this warranty 2 years ago and recently I filed a claim for some repairs to the motor in my car. An inspector went out to my inspect my motor and noticed after market components that had nothing to do with the issue with my motor. They also made an erroneous claim that because my advertised race track performance vehicle produced by the manufacturer was "raced" they would not cover any of the repairs. The problem with my car started in a parking lot at a pharmacy not at the race track. The person I spoke to on the phone was rude and very unprofessional. If this company is offered to you for an extended AFTERMARKET warranty, RUN AWAY ! DO NOT BUY !

    Worse warranty ever. When the time comes, it doesn't cover anything and you find yourself with an out of pocket expense of over $1500

    If I could give them a 0 I would. I spoke to 6 different employees and they all told me I was getting my full rental reimbursement of $540. These scam artists sent me $75 check. Now they don't answer when I call and don't return emails. Total and absolute crooks. Never get an extended warranty thru them. They're the absolute worst
