    I measured my child's feet and ordered based on her foot size. Shoes arrived and are twice the size of my child's foot. I reached out to Robeez for assistance. Robeez has nonexistent customer service and refused to help me. They restated their return policy and closed my query. Their website clearly stated customer satisfaction guaranteed so I opened a new query on Dec. 2, 2022. Their email stamp says customer satisfaction guaranteed as well. I no longer see it on their website, so it seems they have removed it. They called me on Dec. 8, 2022. I missed their call and called back about 1-2 hours later and nobody answered my call. I left a message and have not heard a word from them as of 8:58 pm CST Dec. 14, 2022.

    The customer was sent return instructions and a phone call was also made to the customer. Unfortunately, it is a busy time of year and our customer service representative has not been able to connect one on one with the customer. Today 12/15/2022 a prepaid return shipping label was sent to the customer.
