    I ordered 3 pairs of shoes as a gift. Two of them were very nice, but the boots I ordered were clearly unmatched. They did not match in shape or size. While the merchandise price was refunded, I was responsible to cover the cost of shipping. Almost $7 for a $20 pair of boots. Had these boots not been defective, I would not have returned them. I contacted Robeez twice with this complaint. I was largely ignored. Each time the representative just gave instructions for return. Very poor business practice. I have actually never done business with anyone who had this policy. This was a product problem . I should not have had to cover postage. Returning because you change your mind or need a different is not the same thing as defective ***********.

    The customer has been contact and a refund for the cost of shipping has been refunded. There was a miscommunication on our end and we have correct the error with the customer.
