      I opened both personal and business checking accounts with BancFirst, but was never informed by their representative that the business account came with a monthly fee. I only discovered the charges later, after noticing inconsistent amounts being withdrawn from my business account. Despite maintaining good credit, I’ve applied for a home loan four times over the past decade, and each time, I’ve been denied without a clear explanation. It’s been incredibly discouraging, especially considering how hard I’ve worked to build financial stability.

      Absolutely terrible bank. They were very judgemental of what I was wearing and treated me like a criminal. I tried to do an international wire transfer and they flat out told me they would not do a wire for me because it was "a lot" of money. They seemed to be sharing my bank account information freely amongst themselves. I have no trust that this institution can protect and allow me to use my funds.

      As I waited in line I took a call ** there was a long line. After everyone left the manager, and the workers walked passed me as if I did not exist. I was already upset because I called to ask a question and they said they were too busy. So when I asked was anyone going to help me they said that I needed to get off the phone before they could assist me. I said there is no sign that says that. They said they need my attention. I said well I only need to ask a question I wasnt conducting business. Then the manager ******* came over to says; just to chime in we dont help customers who are on the phone. I said well there is no sign posted. She said well we arent going to post a sign, you just need to finish the conversation. Then she gave a condescending smile. I said how would people know, someone could have even said when you finish we will help you instead walking pass me. Also her response we arent going to post our policies that ridiculous because how will the public know.

      After living in ************ 18 yrs and Grand Lake (*********) for 14 yrs and banking with the same bank, Bank of ******** all those years, I moved to *******,** in 2017...there was no Bank of ******** so I had to change banks..I went with Bancfirst and then stayed with Bancfirst when I later moved back to ************ in 2020..The service at Bancfirst in Shawnee was good...in *****, I think there is a lack of committment to the community..I asked why there were no Bancfirst locations in ************, a city of about ******* and the 4th largest community in ********...(there were at least 3 locations in *******, a town of ****** people) I was told that I only had to drive 12 minutes to get to the ***** location on 51st street..My biggest concern is the problem of contacting anyone to help with a problem ...you just get put on hold..especially on weekends, forget about help! After making a deposit, then transferring some of that deposit to my savings..then the deposit got somehow reversed and caused an overdraft which sat there all the stressfilled weekend on my account because I couldn't get help! Something wrong there!

      This bank has lost ALL MY TRUST. Their system started double charging transactions and put ** in a financial bind and even after knowing the problem the double transactions keep coming. I should not have to monitor my banking this much but I'm **** sure glad I did and didn't just start transferring money from my savings for that to be taken by the bank too. Doesn't seem very secure to me anymore. I wonder if this has been happening even before this because I noticed double transactions before but not at this severity. I would not recommend this bank to anyone and am now telling everyone who does bank with this bank to seriously consider changing banks. Once you start messing with someone's financial standing when this should be a sense of security, all trust is broken. Now I have to wait for this to be fixed in order close this account and go somewhere else. Never again, this bank *****. Nobody should have to deal with this kind of stress.
