      I'm being Harassed by these people for a 20 year old credit card debt that has already been resolved in 2015.

      I was called and said I was getting served papers unless I paid off this debt they asked if I could pay anything I had 500$ saved up for my baby and so I paid it off they said they would send me a receipt and I havent heard from them since and they dont answer my calls

      I have been receiving calls that have been popping up pre programmed into my phone saying it is Rockwell Legal with a phone number of ************. It always leaves a message saying that I am set to be served documents at my place of work or at my residence. This has been happening for months. If a lawyer wants to find me come find me I know you all have the resources. Enough with the harrassing calls I cleaned up all debts when buying a home in 2022.

      This company called my place of employment with an automated message. Then when I called the number to get more information to figure out what this so called debt is I only get pieces of information. I was told it was a credit union debt from 1st Heritage in ******* from 2016. There is no 1st ********************* at all. Then I was told it was a credit card with 1st Heritage. I wasnt given a contact number, address, phone number, amount of the so called debt, nothing. I talked to 3 different departments at 1st Heritage Loans (that is the only 1st Heritage in *******, who assured me that they would have a record of this alleged debt whether it went to collections or not) and neither department had any record of me. I called back today and asked for more information and *********************** tells me it doesnt matter at this point. I was told the headquarters was in ************* and given ************ but the same person that answered the number provided in ******** ************ answers the phone yet *********************** states he is located in *********. I will be contacting my attorney as well as the ********** of ******* for further investigations to be done regarding this company.

      This is a law firm using a robocalled to try and get money for a debt that doesnt exist. I dont have no debts and impeccable credit but they think Im elderly and an easy target.

      This company continues to call me when I have never done any business with them. They continually call asking for a person I do not know. Theyre nothing but scam artists no matter how many times I tell them to remove my number they still violate federal law.
