    Not BBB accreditation due to customer complaints. Be vigilant. Read your reviews and don't shop here. They are accused of stealing from customers.

    Its a racket. Owner is a thief. I consigned a pair of ***** ****** purple label pants. They were sold and I was not paid. The owner claimed to accidentally donated them when I returned the day before the last Day of the contract. I returned the day after as well to collect my other things that didnt sell. The contract states that if the items arent sold, they will be donated, but I personally negotiated that I would pick my things up the last day of the contract if they did not sell. None of my items were made available by the owner. I got none of them back. He sold all of them, took the profit and claimed to have donated them and I was left with zero dollars. The owner stole my items sold them for his profit & did not pay me. Because of the way our system works if I steal from him the cops are called, I got to jail. if he steals from me, who do I call? Theres no one for the consumer to call.

    Such a disappointing experience. I dropped off clothes to consign in August. Was told a check would be mailed out around Thanksgiving. When I never received it, I called and they said theyd need to check with their bank. I said of course, let me know. When I never heard back, I called yesterday and **** told me a new check was sent. What he did not tell me and I saw when I opened the check this morning is that they charged me for a $30 stop pay fee on the check I never received. When I called today to inquire, he raised his voice when I asked for proof of that 1st check since I never received it but am being charged to stop it. He refused and hung up. I called back and he raised his voice again and hung up. What a terrible experience. I would suggest strongly against using this consignment. I wish Id listened to the bad reviews.

    PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS.I took my best friend here on her birthday to look at some wedding dresses. We did not see a single appointment only sign anywhere though there may have been. Regardless the employees watched us walk into the fitting room with 2 dresses to try on and did not say anything until my best friend came out in the first one. The lady raised her voice and rudely told my friend to take it off immediately! I apologized 5 times and explained we did not see the sign but we were treated like absolute children in a rude and disrespectful attitude. The man even yanked the dress from my hand and said that they wont have people like us in their store! How unprofessional and unacceptable behavior for employees of a business. Just look at how immature their replys to their own reviews are. In fact I wish I would have read the reviews before coming here as they all say the same thing I have. Please be kinder humans Ill be praying for you both.

    On the internet. On five signs in the store. On our phone message it states you need and appointment to try on wedding gowns. They were greeted at the door and asked what they were looking for and they were cagey with us and said "Oh nothing". Next thing we know they were back in the bridal area and had gotten into the dresses and were in the try on room. We very politely informed them ...again of our policy and they got indignant and rude and disrespectful. Sorry sweets our store our rules. Bye bye

    The owner of this store is a thief! Never pays anyone for their consigned items, claims items didnt sell and were donated, while he keeps your property and sells for it 100 percent profit! Steer clear from consigning with this place. Any good reviews for this store are bogus.

    We have contracts with ****** consignors. Some make thousands of dollars a month. Our contracts are clear. We adhere to our contracts. Sorry you don't.
