      I spoke with ***** at the time an insurance agent at the Metro Insurance Agency location at 1346 SW 59th Street, OKC, OK 73119. At the time I paid them a $45 dollar broker fee to start an insurance policy through Progressive. I was to pay an additional $89 to Progressive to start. The money was subsequently taken out of my account and I was under the impression I had insurance. I received a letter on May 22, 2025 stating my insurance policy was cancelled and had been inactive since the start date of May 8th, 2025. I contact the location on June 5th originally attempting to return my money because nobody notified me prior to May 22 letting me know my policy was cancelled. That same day, I had to renew an old insurance policy for an additional $80 for only two weeks of coverage. I have since gotten my own insurance policy on my own accord and have current insurance. I entrusted ***** that everything was set on her end and everything had gone through and my insurance policy was good. I am now out the $45 fee ***** charged me May 8th, plus an additional $80 of which I paid Falcon Insurance for only two weeks of coverage. I am owed back that $45 as they are trying to say the fee is nonrefundable, but they did not uphold their end in that my insurance policy was cancelled the same day it was started. And I spoke with a Progressive representative on May 22nd, who stated that my insurance broker was the one who cancelled my policy.
