      I went to this Business at 4:38 today (6/2/25) to inquire about rental insurance for my condo. I saw a sign on the ladys desk saying you have to pat $7.00 to pay your insurance premium. I asked to verify and the lady said yes. I said never mind and turn around and started walking toward the door and I giggled under my breath. The lady jump up out her chair and said, Get Out, she started walking beside me to the door and said again get out. I said you are being very rude, she said no you are. I said I giggled because I couldnt believe yall charged $7.00 to pay the premium. She said again get out before I call security. This ladys behavior was uncalled for, and very unprofessional. Why would she say shell call security. She appeared confrontational and threatening by her demeanor. I just went out the door. Im not sure what Karens issue was and why she was so mad. She hadnt asked any questions, hadnt done any paperwork. If you want to be treated like a human being DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS.

      Canceled my insurance policy over a month ago, I was told I would receive a refund in 7 to 10 days, metro ************************* will not return my phone calls or emails concerning this matter, IS THIS A COMPANY YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH, NO WONDER THERE NOT ************
