      I have contacted this company and been very patient. Waited 2 months for a part to come in for my recliner. Then I had to wait another month for the tech to come out. Was it fixed? Nope wrong part sent. Contacted the company and they told me they could not give me a eta of repairs.Unacceptable for a company to act this way. I am the customer. I pay your salaries. I'm not asking for much but for you to stand by and do your job.
