    Can't keep administration straight. Missed about every other pick up and drivers flat out lied about what was going on. Probably confused over neighbors trash.

    This company is terrible. They bought out RSDI and since then I have had multiple times where they have missed my pick up or only partially emptied my trash bins. They promise a truck to come back but one never does. Their customer service is awful the ladies who answer the phone are rude. They raise their rates with no notice. Avoid them at all costs

    Absolutely horrible company, I'll be canceling service and just burn trash myself. They rarely come on the same days, usually either Thursday or Friday, sometimes not at all. Went looking back on my bill statements and noticed a "finance charge" that was recurring and higher each month for a while and then that disappeared. So then the "fuel surcharge" would just increase. Then I notice the actual amount for the dumpster has consistently gone up multiple times since I moved here in June of 2022. It was 75 a month when we moved here and now it's ****** a month! Almost doubled in less than 2 years! I'm done with these crooks, hard to believe they even have customers. I'm sure most are only people who have no other choice, which is pretty sad also! Wish I could leave LESS than 1 star, and even that would be too generous. From the looks of the rest of these reviews too, I know I'm not just being ****** dramatic!

    Waste connections in Lawton is terrible service. Multiple times we've had issues with them either not picking up and or not taking the full load. Multiple times the old lady ( Tina I believe or other "t" name answering the phones/ in person in the desk front left is rude and is blantant with her lack of interest in doing the right thing. Her and her alone is why we are canceling our 240 dollar a month service. Multiple times they didn't pick up and Multiple times we called Duncan and Duncan IMMEDIATELY helped where Lawton DID NOT. This waste company is TRASH, no pun intended.

    Less than 1 would be generous. One can only imagine how poorly employees are treated. **************** is a totally unknown concept, as well as, honoring their own agreements to provide a specific service at a specific price point. Perhaps it is an industry thing? We left Waste Management for very similar reasons! Hopeful we are able to find the unicorn at some point - a firm that treats people with a level of respect which earns that respect from the people they serve; a firm which treats people better than trash. Fingers crossed. Havent found it yet. If you are out there, please contact me so I can kick these folks off the curb.

    Is 0 stars an option? Waste connections bought out our former private trash company with no notice from either company. They have not picked up three times in 5 weeks (2 recycles and 1 trash) despite the cans being on the curb the night before. After emailing multiple times you only receive automated responses saying someone will contact you. NOPE! I’ve called to report no recycle pick up 2x, customer service agent proceeded to say “we don’t pick up recycling”. Then I asked for that can to be picked up and a refund for the prepaid separate charge for recycling I was told NO to both. Customer service agent said my bill won’t change even if I got rid of the recycling despite having 2 distinct charges on my invoice for trash cans and a recycle can. I demanded a call from management and was told “Kyle” will give you a call back. NOPE! Now today our trash is not being picked up. Their business model appears to be that of theiving A$$——-, they charge you for services the repeatedly do not provide. Customer service is the absolute worst I have ever seen.
