      Store 272 in ******************** has the most disrespectful cook, who can't seem to get a single order right. Had we not waited 10 minutes for our order that he incorrectly called out and let get taken someone else we wouldn't have even bothered. Honestly should have asked for a refund but the staff was so unfriendly we just had to leave. 0 stars.

      Went to location for breakfast. They stop serving breakfast at 10:30am. I arrived at the register and was ready to place my order at 10:28. There was no employee at the register to take my order. I waited at the counter till and employee came from the drive through to the counter to take my order at 10:30. I ordered breakfast and was told they were only serving lunch now. That was echoed by the cook who I think was the manager. I explained I here on time for breakfast but there was nobody at the register. They just look at me and said breakfast ended at 10:30. They didnt care. There was no Braums Heart in the customer service experience they provided. I would have thought that if I was at the counter ready to place my order during their breakfast hours but they didnt have anyone available to take the order due to inadequate staffing or whatever the reason that they would had served me breakfast. I was the only customer in line inside the restaurant. They had nobody at the counter. The had 2 cooks, a drive through cashier working the drive through and the counter, and one staff member working on a food service machine (maybe a meat slicer but im not sure)

      For the past year this Braums location has bad management. Very rude and unfriendly staff. The "managers" have a very bad attitude. Its sad I grew up coming to this braums with my mother. Now I take my kids and it's just so dissapointing.
