    I decided to switch to this company because they were recommend through my bank and my current provider was getting to be too expensive. I started the process of getting everything set up at the end of October to have everything set up by the first week of *********** run. I understood there would be a certain level of work from me to get everything set up and was okay with that. My first of two phone calls with my onboarding specialist basically asked me if I had any questions and said he was going to send me an email with stuff to do. I took time out of my day for basically something an initial email could have covered. After I got the email I had a ton of questions which I sent email after email and got little to know information. I expressed my anxiety and although this was acknowledged I was not really approached with a solution. I was just told that they would contact another department in regards to my inquiry. It was not till after my first payroll and my account was still not set up properly that I really started complaining to anyone I could. They finally walked me through the steps and said that the form I filled out was missing some of the information, to which I showed them that this information was already provided, to which they replied "oh I'm sorry, that is on me". And today I was informed that the have 3-5 business days to answer any request that comes up, which when you have payroll every 2 weeks, you have to start your request at least a week before your next entry or be late(which they charge you a penalty for). I honestly don't know what the benefit I am receiving from using this company at this point and will be discontinuing services as soon as my contract is up.
