      As a small business owner, I cannot express enough disappointment with INSURICA and the way theyve handled a critical situation for my company.After being a loyal customer and trusting ********************** with my insurance needs, I faced a challenge with an audit process that, according to them, involved multiple attempts to reach meattempts that I never received. No voicemails, emails, texts, or even a formal letter arrived to notify me about the audit. Yet, instead of offering assistance to resolve this misunderstanding, they quickly handed my account over to collections, leaving me to face harsh demands without a chance to clarify or provide the necessary documentation.I approached INSURICA hoping for understanding and support, especially after a devastating period where my business suffered significant losses. Instead, I was met with a lack of empathy and a rigid approach that made an already difficult situation even more stressful. As a small business owner juggling everything from operations to customer care, I expected better from an ********************** partnersomeone who would be on my side and help navigate challenges like these.If youre considering INSURICA for your insurance needs, please think twice. In my experience, theyve demonstrated a lack of genuine concern for their clients, especially when we need help the most. Insurance is supposed to be about having peace of mind, but Ive felt anything but that during this ordeal. Choose a company that will truly be there for you, not just when youre signing the policy, but when it counts the most.
