This by far is the worse company I have ever dealt with. You never get answers they just keep repeating the same ********. It should not take a month and a half to make a decision. I think one star is to high. I would tell everybody to not use this company there reviews are terrible in my opinion they border on fraud. I live by myself I have no income from my hip surgery I was never told that basically you have to have coverage for a year and even then they will find a way to say it's pre existing so they don't have to pay. And there a family company! Yeah right the care really shows. When you need them there not going to step up and help. I don't know how I'm going to make it by but obviously it won't be through them. They get real nice and try to smooth things over when you file a complaint saying oh we're going to look into this and get back with you in a couple days. That doesn't happen. I don't know how they stay in business!!!!!!

I would never recommend this company to anybody. In April I had to have emergency surgery, it was unsuccessful but I still had to be out for a few weeks. I filled my claim everything went smoothly. I went in again in June for my second surgery was out again. Filled my claim and it was a mess. I was supposed to get it on July 13 since they are usually accurate on the day you are supposed to get it and nothing. So the next day I called and they said it was deposited to a chase account. I DO NOT HAVE CHASE. I told them that, they locked my account since apparently the change was done on the account. They said they were going to reach out to chase to get the funds back. A few days later they call me back and say they cant do anything. Gave me a trace number and basically said I had to figure it out. Mind you when you submit your claim paperwork you are supposed to write your deposit info on it and SIGN AND DATE. And they went off of a change on the web that I did not do? Makes no sense, so that already is there fault and not mine. So I call chase they cant find that trace number in their date base. So I call them back again speak to someone one and Im supposed to get a call back and nothing. So I call back and speak to a manager because at this point I am stressing, struggling to pay bills with my 300 paycheck since I was off work for a few weeks. The manager is gonna call chase again and get the funds back but not without insinuating I made the change on the account. Which I did not. She calls me back a few days later saying that they overpaid me the first time so now I was only going to get 66$. Ok? And whos mistake is that? Theirs not mine!!!! And instead of helping me out and taking a little more monthly from my checks or something. Nope I get slapped in the face with only 66$ dollars to use for bills and they could care less. This company does not care about the customers, only about Money. 5 years giving this company money for them to spit on my face.

Dear **************,Thank you for taking the time to share your views. As a family-owned insurance Company with nearly 60 years in business, providing protection for our insureds as well as ourselves is a top priority and we strive to maintain strong relationships with our ********s. We are committed to providing quality insurance products and ******** care to our valued insureds.Your records provide that youve recently submitted two claims for two periods of disability occurring in April 2022 and June 2022. You received a disability benefits payment after your first claim. In fact, we accidently issued two checks so you received double disability benefits for that period. Before payment on your second claim, your online customer service account was updated and the direct deposit information changed to a Chase account. This change on your customer service account does not appear to be fraudulent. Therefore, the disability benefit payment on your second claim was issued to the Chase account on file. You have since explained that you do not have a Chase account. We have previously explained that we are working with Chase to locate the funds and in the meantime, we will issue a disability benefit payment for your second claim to another bank at your direction. Before issuing a new payment, we applied the overpayment of benefits from your first claim and issued the remaining disability benefits for the second claim. So, we have provided full benefits to you for both claims. If you wish to discuss this matter in further detail, please contact our ******** Service Department at ************.
