    I canceled my service but they still charged me monthly fees for month June 2025
    And I had to call them again to cancel but I did emailed them on 05/31/25
    To cancel my service but no reply
    Now they are not issuing refund for June month $59
    I have contacted them 10 times and issue was not resolved so I have take further steps to get my money back

    Subject: Request for Assistance in Obtaining Refund from TVC Pro Driver

    Dear Better Business Bureau,

    I am writing to formally request your assistance in resolving an issue I have encountered with TVC Pro Driver regarding a refund of $399. This amount was paid to TVC Pro Driver for legal representation, which I was unfortunately unable to receive due to clerical errors that were beyond my control and could not be remedied.

    On May 06 2025, I paid TVC Pro Driver for legal representation, trusting that the service would provide the necessary support for my legal needs. However, despite fulfilling my payment obligation, the attorney assigned to my case was unable to represent me due to errors made by the court clerk. These errors rendered the attorney unable to proceed with my case, effectively negating the service for which I paid.

    I promptly informed TVC Pro Driver of this situation and formally requested a refund. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter amicably, I have yet to receive the refund owed to me. This delay has caused me financial distress and eroded my trust in their business practices.

    I am seeking your assistance to encourage TVC Pro Driver to issue my refund without further delay. Attached to this letter, you will find supporting documents, including my payment receipt, correspondence with TVC Pro Driver, and any other relevant details to substantiate my claim.

    As a consumer, I believe in fair treatment and ethical business practices, and I trust that TVC Pro Driver, as a professional entity, would uphold these principles. I am confident that your intervention will help expedite the resolution of this matter.

    I was told it would cost me 299 dollars for them to help me if I paid the 59 dollars to become a member so that brings to about 260 then they tell me i had a court date of November 9 so they charged me another hundred dollars and my court date is actually Jan 10 and thy have charged another 59 dollars and come to find out if have to show up for court so I could have handled it myself i want every ***** I paid them and I want nothing else to do with these people

    I received a driving citation around the end of July 2024. I purchased their service on August 2, 2024 to handle the case for me. They charged me the membership fee plus an additional 300+ dollars to handle the ticket since I didnt have The membership prior to. ive been calling each month inquiring and on the website the status keeps just saying pending. Today, December 4, ***************************************************************************** my license was suspended and I couldnt return to work until the issue was handled and as of yesterday, my license shows suspended for failure to appear in the Valdosta municipal court system. Now due to the sensitivity of the matter, I asked them to provide me with a full refund because I paid for service that I did not get and now my license is completely suspended. Had I taken half of the money that I gave them and just simply pay the ticket I would at least still have my license right now maybe a few points, but I would still have my license in light of this situation and due to the fact that now Im losing time and money, I asked if they would currently provide me with a full refund and also work my legal case pro **** due to it being their negligence that caused my license to be suspended.

    I am rejecting this response because: the damage that was done is ill reversible. You guys now have a suspension on my record due to your negligence. I lost two days of work and my possibility of getting a new better paying job is now hurt due to this, and on top of this I still have a open pending ticket that should have been dealt with months ago. When I was trying to get my license reinstated the company refused to communicate with me. I called repeatedly and asked to speak with management and no one would return my calls at all. Im a professional driver and I cant just hop on a bus or grab a **** and go to work. But the severity of this action was not at all taken seriously by this company. My review stands permanently!

    I started using TVC ProDriver in March after I got a citation. In July they resolved my issue and never told me that I would be charged each month after that for their services. When I found out I was still being billed, I called their cancelation line 5 times and left them two email messages to cancel my membership. I have not been able to get in contact with them. Everytime i call they keep me on hold for hours and never call back. Please help me get out of this scam!

    I have been using these people for years for insurance purposes. I was in need of representation and after about a month of back and forth they finally had someone. They referred me to a specific person (usually I pay them directly and they would represent me, this time is different). I had gotten a speeding ticket earlier this year so this was why I needed their assistance. The 60 dollars a month I pay is to get a lawyer. I eventually spoke to the lawyer and they were game planning with me and gave me options for trial so I took that option. It was 1400 I paid the attorney via money order to them, to which they instructed that I do not put their name in the order (this will be one of many issues regarding them) but they had not been communicative and I still have not been trial. During my conversation I did ask the guy if they paid him before and the lawyer said they have been paid before (10%). I called tvc and asked about that aspect but they never had an answer, saying they would get back to me. I tried to talk to this company about it and they asked for 195 which I thought was for moving it along, but that closes the case. Here is where the kicker comes in: finding out today (8/2/2024) I did some research on the lawyer in question and they have a huge amount of arrests, and unscrupulous actions. There were already red flags like paying out of my pocket, and finding this out has made it clear to me: they knew this about him and did not tell me anything! I trusted TVC and they burnt me badly. *********************** (the lawyer) has a history and from what I understand further action being made on him. In all of this I still don&#**;t have representation. The lawyer has not responded to me or tvc, I have been ripped off and feel very misled by the company. The case was closed out by misleading me, and I had every intention of fighting it. They called me again back, asked them if they heard back from him, and they have not.

    1st of all tvc didn't pay for the attorney which they have paid this particular attorney in the past 2nd they referred my to an attorney that has all kind of legal problems interms of the bar association which they should have known *********************** ****** him 3rd the attorney didn't do what I paid him to do which was go to trial 4th very poor communication if any at all I informed tvc they basically did nothing but be deceptive and mendacious 5th basically I feel like I was duped and ripped off by this attorney and tvc with no remorse on there behalf shameful!!! And ridiculous plz help me bbb thx I'm out of total approximately $2100 and along with shame and mental anguish that comes along with being again duped/ripped off settlement requests to be made whole

    On May 7, 2024, I contacted TVC Pro Driver to assist me with a citation. I was told the attorney fee to handle my case was $300 and $45 monthly for my membership fee. I sent an email with the ticket attached #***** explaining my case per TVC Pro instructions. TVC Pro forwarded my information to the attorney's office ************ in *********** on May 15, 2024. The attorney never contacted me and entered me into a plea I did not ask for. TVC contacted me on June 12, after 2 pm stating the attorney entered a No contest on my behalf and that I would need to pay a $750 diversion fee. My court date was May 30, ******************************************** regarding my case. As a result of not being informed about the diversion on time, I now have to answer a bench warrant for my arrest and get off the road to handle this matter which will affect my CDL. I spoke with ******* in the cancellation **** on June 14 at 12:20 pm and she assured me that she would escalate my case to her supervisor to receive a full refund for the services and the attorney fee since the attorney did not follow their policy on contacting the client before going to court. I have yet to be refunded and have left several messages for ******* or her supervisor to rectify the situation. As of today, June 24, 2024, I still have not heard from TVC Pro or the ****************** Please assist.

    Im have a membership of TVC Pro-Driver. I had not been using their fuel card or any service for 6 months because I had quit the trucking business 6 months ago. Today, on June 4, when I tried to call their customer support number which is **************, it was impossible to get through any representative. It was more than one hour wait and still no response, I had to hang up. Did it twice. Third time I used the option to call back from the customer support. They called me back after two hours. I told them all my information, which they ask in the beginning, and when I told them that I wanted to cancel my membership they said they would transfer me to cancellation department. After the representative pressed the button, I was immediately transferred to a voice mail where I was asked to leave a message and someone would call me back in 48 hours! What a scam! They wont let me cancel the membership which is a fraud. I seek help from BBB to help me cancel my membership with TVC PRO DRIVER.
