Paid $99.90 on the 1/18/23 did not receive any help with my case. Was told that my $49 a month would cover my roughly $250. Then at the last minute I received this email I added. On my due date 1/23/23 where I had to take some action with the court. I just want my $99.90 back they are trying to give me $49 dollars back without doing anything for the money.Business Response

I purchased this plan because they advertise that they will represent you in all states with 0 money up front out of pocket on all traffic citations. I received a citations, I immediately reported it to them expecting to be represented and they said I need to pay for the attorney myself and then get reimbursed. That is not what they represent to you when you purchase the policy. As I said they say you are covered in all states with 0 up front out of pocket fees. Nowhere on there site or in the policy paperwork they sent me does it mention any exceptions. I want them to provide the service they advertise and represent me as I paid my membership dues.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:My complaint is that nowhere do they have any states listed as exempt from coverage. Not in their online advertisements or in any of the information they sent me with the membership package. They advertise no out of pocket or up front expense. The plan covers legal representation for all tickets in any state.

On page two of the membership agreement provided, it explicitly states "This benefit is not currently available in **************." This membership agreement was provided at the time of sign up.
Due to ************** law, we are limited in services we can provide. TVC Pro-Driver offered to reimburse for legal expenses upon the condition that the member provided an invoice to TVC for services rendered.
Per request, we have processed a refund of $49.95 on 12/2/2022 and canceled membership.Initial Complaint

TVC PRO DRIVER harrased me to buy a membership to have legal assistance plus for an extra charge a fuel card with discounts. On April ********************************************* 26 minutes 2028,73$ within 14 withdraw transactions. My card was allowed to authorice all those debits. I waited till the next day they opened, made me fill a complain with two forms, They asked me to wait 60-90 days in order to them reimburstment with the card protection program, After 60 days, I called they told me it was 90 business days and send emails to check status. From that point on the emails were never answered, they send an automatic answer email which says they are "investigating". 90 business days have passed, I called tvc pro driver and I told them I pay to them a membership I demand my money back. They say they have a partnership with EFS that I have to keep sending emails. I was transfered to EFS and they say they dont talk with costumer that I have to wait the emails answered back. I explained I have months waiting the first answer that I demand my refund, they hang me the phone.I called TVC PRO DRIVER to find a lawyer to *** the company for fraud and not fullfil their contract and obligation to pay me back since Its not my fault that their card was weak and removed all the money in Oklahoma while I was in *******. I demand my money back I cant wait anymore, they are avoiding me to pay me back my moneyBusiness Response

Currently, the claim is in the *** Dispute process. Claims typically take ***** business days to reach a resolution. However, *** has advised that due to a recent influx in claims, resolution times are taking longer than usual.
TVC Pro-Driver escalated the claim once on 9/9/2022 and again on 10/7/2022. On 10/12/2022, TVC Pro-Driver followed up on the claims status and requested another escalation.
TVC Pro-Driver is not the primary party responsible for this claims resolution. We have made multiple attempts to escalate the claim with ***, as detailed above.
We understand the frustration with the process and the length of time it has taken to reach a resolution. Unfortunately, since this is not being handled internally, all we can do at this time is attempt to escalate the claim within the *** Dispute process. We will continue to press forward with those efforts.

I am rejecting this response because:They charge the membership and promote fuel cards when they a third party. When I call to charge an amount everything is throught TVC PRO DRIVER not to EFS. They charge, receive the funds and everything but they are not good with taking responsabilities from money reimburstment. And that is the main problem, they are so abusive that You call and they say they sont know nothing that they can redirect the call to EFS, and EFS says they do not nothing to call TVC PRO DRIVER. So they throw the ball in order for you to get tired.
they did a first deposit saying it was final, like if I was going to surrender the fraud protection of the card. The only way to withdraw money is from cash advances showing an ID that matches with the card. So if that is violated from a thief in a gas stop that is up to them.
I even request twice a lawyer to solve this issue and they ignore the requests.
I do not want to wait anymore the time frame was already exceeded. I want my money now

I have been with TVC Pro Driver for at least 5 years, and have paid around $49.95/month for their service. Earlier this year, the company e-mailed me to say they were discontinuing the plan and moving me up to the $59.95 plan. I looked online, the $49.95/month plan is still being offered, so I e-mailed them and said NOT to upgrade the plan. They did it anyway. So, I e-mailed them a second time, telling them to downgrade the plan to $49.95/month plan. They did not do it. So, I am asking them to change my plan to the $49.95/month plan AND refund the $20 ($10/month x 2) either as a credit on what is due next month or a check mailed to my home due to them not following my wishes.Account # is ********Business Response
