The attorney they assigned me was worthless! He never even showed up . Not once I received two summons to appear and had to go down there on a morning where we had an ice storm! It should have taken me 5.5 hours one way and I left at 2:39am that morning! I did not arrive until 11:45 am! I had to call the states attorneys office and let them know my progress! I fired the attourney a few weeks before because I personally talked to him the night before (Dec 21st) my court date and he assured me he would show up this time and he did not and I told him if he didnt that I was going to fire him he did not so I filed a motion to withdraw him as my council before I could talk to the states attorney! I fell for the *** promise and hired them so I would not have to make the trip because of the distance and it turned out that I had to make it anyway and had to fire the guy and handle it myself! I am currently trying to get my money back from *** as we speak and there saying Im not eligible! Well they never met the expectations of providing representation in the first place! I will not give up until I receive a full refund from them because they never held up to there end of the bargain!TVC Pro-Driver
