    Worst experience ever. They literally just didn’t pick us up for our ride back to our Air Bnb from Stillwater to OKC. The driver **** told us he was in the parking lot waiting for us and then when we got there he was no where to be found and he came up with every excuse in the book as to where he was. He told us he was helping jump start another bus and then 30 mins later I called him again and he said oh now my battery is dead and that he had no way to jump it so he was gonna be stranded all night. I asked him where he was because we could help and he said Texas Roadhouse so we took an Uber over there and he wasn’t there either. I don’t think he was even anywhere near Stillwater. I think he took a cash fare from the concert while he was waiting for us and just hung us out to dry. I had already paid in full. **** is a scam artist and a pathological liar. There was 11 of us stranded in a town we don’t know at 2:00 in the morning and no help. He’s gonna say we were yelling and cussing at him and that’s 100% true. Only after he told us 5 lies and we realized he actually wasn’t coming

    Date 11-17-23 Amount paid $1621.43 Agreed provide safe, reliable transportation to *****.Ordered bus for 26 Had 23 people total and 20 were kids so should have had plenty of room.Husband had to sit on ice chest and 2 kids in the floor so not enough seats as agreed on. Blowout tire on highway and missed half of my sons last football game played ever. W will never get that back. Driver was extremely mouthy and rude. This is a request to provide refund to customer. Company should have had back up plan, a spare tire or some other accommodation. Scared several of the kids having to hear the rumble, rattle and flapping he rest of trip. Horrible experience with a business.

    On 05/17/2022 reach out to Black Diamond *************************** Bus in regard to services we needed on 06/17/2022. We were informed for 3hrs it was going to be $450.00 for 10 passengers. The request was for the driver to reach us prior to heading to the first stop. That did not happen. The driver shows up unannounced and the first party is loaded with an infant. They drive a few blocks and the party states there is something wrong with the Limo. The driver does not take heed and the party feels they are not safe driving in the limo after a few miles. He then requests the driver to him and his son back home as there is something faulty with the brakes The driver turns around and returns the party to his residence and calls the office the brakes failed. I called ******** who i had been speaking to all along who was extremely rude at that this time and stated was cleaning the bus so she can fulfil the service. I explained to her that is not what we requested for, and she stated we can either have the bus or we can do whatever we want. Other parties on our pickup list were still waiting and so we decided to take what was being offered. We were then put in a bus without air condition and or water. After all this i called ******** and explained dissatisfied we were. She said she will the owner call me. The owner has never called me even after i have written an email requesting a phone call. On October 6th, 2018. There was a fatal crash in *************, due to negligence. (Same thing here). I am requesting for investigation and a stop for this to happen to another party. My nephew is an infant. If it was not for my brother insisting to be taken home, this would be another story to be told.

    The *************************** service was a completed. We picked her up on time at the original location. She did contact me 5 minutes prior to the service starting wanting an additional address added to the service. Twenty minutes into the 3 hour service my driver called me about the brakes on the limo. He informed me that they seemed to be grabbing a little bit. I told him to come change into a party bus so that we can finish the service. I then called ***** letting her know that we needed to change into a bus due to the brakes. When the driver was heading back to the shop the person in the limo needed to be taken back to the pick up address to get their vehicle and take it to someone. My driver finally made it to the shop. Prior to him arriving I went out and started the bus so that it would be cold. After he left I called ***** and let her know he was on the way. At this time she was demanding that I do something about the limo. I informed her that we were going to have complete the service for her in the party bus. She insisted that I do something. I let her know that I was by sending the bus. I told her we wanted to complete her service and the bus was the only option besides actually cancelling her service.She again was demanding that the driver call her. I told her that we needed to get off the phone so he could. I let her know we would make up any lost time on the back end of the service. No one complained about the air or anything. She only was on the bus for about 5 minutes just to make a block. They completed the service before 8p. I spoke with ***** again when called in and she still wanted me to do something about the service. I let her know that the service was completed. That I did do something in regards to the service. I made sure they were in something safe. The limo is the only vehicle that comes with water and ice. The party bus was an upgrade due to the brakes not feeling right to the driver. We addressed the issue immediately.
