    I was and still am in a hard spot financially. Looking for a quick loan I unfortunately came across WithU Loans. They pressed hard and fast to give me a loan while on my cell phone. Having me verbally agree and receive incomplete loan agreements to my email on my cell phone that would not open. Received a $2,000 loan on 8/29/22. And just today I find out the annual percentage rate is ******%. This information was not disclosed to me on 8/29/22. This loan is scheduled for 20 payments of $493.26 totaling $9,863.39! I have requested full information on this loan and they only send me an encrypted email that will not open. The customer service is very poor and seems to be very conveniently super busy so you miss your window of communication and then you will be charged more. If you need to change anything regarding your loan you are threated that you will have to pay more money. I could not even get a straight answer regarding paying off the loan. Will I be charged more? This company is a scam. I am surprised they are allowed to do what they are doing. If my questions are not answered I will also go to the *** and the Attorney General.

    The scam these people are running should be illegal. I took a $1,100 loan in August. Set up where I would pay $216.00 every other week. Money is tight but my family needed it. I've never missed a payment and in total, I've paid back $1,083.48 in payments, that's 5 total payments. I checked my balance remaining and it says $1,079.27. How is this EVEN POSSIBLE? I called my bank and gladly paid $29.00 for them to block all future payments to them and I'll look into other options. I'll either pay them in full at tax time or pay when I can. I have a 3-month-old son and basically throwing my money away to these people. In less than 2 months, I've almost paid back the full balance but have not made a dent in my balance. I'll even consider legal actions at this point. They will not get another dollar from me and I'll fit this until the end. I can give them the $30 I still owe and we part ways. My wife was on maternity leave and we have a newborn child. We get $0 in Government Assistance. I contemplated closing my bank account and cutting them off at the source. We barely could afford formula because I was paying $216.00 every other week (Including on non-pay weeks). I won't let my family suffer because I tried to do right by them. I have family in law enforcement and see what other options there are but DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES DO BUSINES WITH THEM!

    First off the interest is NOT the same as what I signed up for. Second I didn't agree to them taking money Twice a month. 100% predatory scammers.

    I took a loan for $700.00 they are charging me double for the next 9 months of $147.63!!! That is $1328.67 it doubled the amount they are making 628.67!!! I would not recommend this Withu Loans!!! Highway robbery!!! Please DON’T get a loan from this company!!!!!!!!

    They want to pay every two weeks starting in August and pay every two weeks. Our bank account is changing and I haven't worked much.I can't pay until Friday.

    Wasnt super sure about this snail mail offering me $600, also their web portal was sketchy and I didnt want to put in my bank info. Then I checked here and see people have been ripped off and mislead so I didnt proceed with the loan because the interest apparently is hidden and can lead to $4000 APR.

    Scam. Im tempted to stick it to them. Such a rip off borrowed $1500 because i was in a bind. Payment is $273 bi weekly. And over the $1500 original loan when the payment hits such impossible terms at 461% interest

    If I could give zero stars I would. Had to block payments from them after paying off my **** loan they mislead me with after not disclosing the APR being over 500%.making my payback being over 8k!! How the heck do you even live with yourselves STEALING money like that?!? Never again. ****** learned. Scammers!!!

    Was offered a $1800 loan which clearly stated Monthly payments. Then it automatically accepted the offer when I was looking at it. Soon as accepted it stated that they were weekly payments of $189 for 52 weeks? would have paid around 8k in interest which I do not know how that is legal. In addition, immediately went to cancel. Called in the number on the site. First guy to pick up told me that he couldn't handle cancellations and I would need to speak to customer service. I was on hold for well over an hour. Then told it was too late and the funds were on the way. I showed them where it stated in their own contract you could cancel 48 hours after initiation. Asked if I could have an email to confirm cancellation. She said they didn't do that then ran some quick numbers that was my cancellation number and then ended the call. Next day funds came through so I had to call back so they could take them back. Again on hold well over an hour and again told no email confirmation and that I could trust them. This place is the biggest scam I have ever seen.
