      I have have an account with MCA for years and they were reliable for quite some time, however in December of 2021 I needed to utilize my services and was told that my account was no longer active despite the fact that I had been and have continued to be billed $19.99 monthly. I have tried to reach them multiple times and I am told by the roadside assistance team that my account is still inactive. When I am transferred to billing and account services I get an automated voicemail NO MATTER WHAT TIME OF DAY that I call. I have also tried to reach them directly at via the ************ ( it is not in service) number listed here as well as the number given on the company website and from the roadside assistance agents ************. You can only reach an automated voicemail stating that " *****" is unavailable and then they give an inaudible email address. My account is not accessible through the *** website nor the MCA website but I continue to be billed. I need my account closed, with NO future payment withdrawn as well as a refund fir $19.99 monthly from December of 2021 through now. What used to be a reputable business is now a scam.

      I am rejecting this response because:

       I am replying here as I do not have access to a fax machine, I have been unable to submit a response after several attempts at your website and a reply by mail will not arrive in a timely fashion. The response accepted by the BBB on my behalf from MCA is totally unacceptable. It is HIGHLY unlikely that my account had not been inactive ( yet still was being paid from my account) for sometime prior to December of 2021. I was charged fees of $19.95 monthly while being denied access to any service, any response from the company and without any access to my account for this time. MCA returned one month of fees totaling $19.95 which is a slap in the face considering that $159.92 MINIMUM was taken from my account with NO SERVICE being provided in return and no way to reach them . I am requesting the full $159.92 which I asked for in my original request and $19.95 is FAR from that I REJECT MCA's response and require a return consistent with what I have lost in dealing with this company.

      I was a long term member of the roadside assistance program they offered, i had to switch the card on file in Feb 2022 due to my bank changing names. Automatic monthly payments stopped being drafted. I called the number for billing multiple times over the next 2 months and nobody would return my call, since payments weren't taken out my account was closed. Since I couldn't get anyone to return my calls I started another account with them using a different email address on 7/26/2022. After getting the confirmation email I never heard from them again. I needed roadside assistance in August, when I called they said my account had been closed since Feb. Since the 1st week of August I have been calling and emailing MCA. I've emailed with Bailey and Leticia and it's just going around and around in circles, I honestly think they're just playing with me. They say I have an account, if I call for roadside they say I don't. I've asked for access to my account they send me the link to login even though I've told them numerous times it says my email address isn't found. If I login with the email used for my old account it says inactive, if I try the new email address it says it's not found. I'm being charged every month for something I cannot use. I'm told if can submit a receipt from a towing company for reimbursement- these people take days to respond to emails and nobody will answer the phone. I have zero belief anything would be done to get reimbursement from them. It's a shame, it used to be a good service. They just don't care anymore. I'll be going to my bank with all the emails to get my money refunded due to not supplying the service I paid for.
