    If I could give a 0, I would. I bought My car from them, and part of my agreement to take advantage of the dealership warranty promotions, I only bring my vehicle here for service. I have bring my vehicle in for an oil change when Im supposed to, and when I go to the dealership, my vehicle is checked in by a service tech. I have a tires for life promotion, and the last time I took my car in for service, my tires were at 4/32 and 5/32 according to my last appointment. My service tech never advised me about my tires, so I assumed they were still ok to the dealership standards. My fianc and I came to *******, ** to visit family, and we had to replace all our tires. I called the dealership and spoke to 3 different people. The last person I spoke to was ***. He seemed to try to dance around my vehicles tire conditions, and then asked me what I am doing with my car that I need my tires replaced already. I could Not drive my car from ******* to *** to satisfy my part of the warranty, and they failed to address the tires conditions with me when they had my vehicle. The tires that I paid for cost me $996. I could not afford them, but had to or else we would have issues getting home to *************. This dealerships service department failed to inform me of safety concerns for my vehicle when they are the ones who get full diagnostic reports on my vehicle each time I take it in. I regret Purchasing my vehicle from this dealership, and I regret letting people know how good my experience has been.

    This dealership is awful. They tried selling me a $25,500 car for $48,000. I don't recommend anyone buying a new car from them because they think highway robbery is great customer service. The sales manager was very pushy and trying to claim that my $6,000 negative equity is what caused the price increase but the math still doesn't add up. They basically were trying to make me pay for both vehicles just to be able to drive the new one off the lot.

Supply chain issues due to the ******19 pandemic have driven up prices across all retail sectors, including the auto industry. Due to our limited new vehicle inventory, we have to make adjustments to our prices in order to stay in business and pay our staff. New Trailblazers (the type of vehicle you were interested in) are in extremely high demand and go for well over MSRP due to their limited availability. We try to make deals happen for customers with all types of credit histories, but unfortunately due to the negative equity in your trade, we were unable to get you payments in the range you desired. We regret you were unhappy with your experience at our dealership, but we hope we were able to clear some things up regarding the transaction.

    I purchased a car on July 11, 2022 and there was lights on the dash and was told they took it over to ******* to get it fix. However I call ******* cause the navigation system *** everything is black out and back on and ******* said no one from there ever brought it over. And was promise a rental car long as my car in shop so I call David Stanley to try to address the issues Gm wasn't in so sales parts manager called me he was very rude so I told him please have the Gm call me cause he not trying to help me. So he said I call you back he was very hostile and said he didn't care if I come in I was still not going to talk to Gm the car sell was close and he hung up in my face. Don't ever buy a car from there ever.
