      I hired Parker Brothers roofing on 6/27/24 to install gutters and to siding on my gables. The gutters were installed in June, but I found an issue where the install caused wood splitting on wood trim. I contacted my them and workers came to repair the issue, but they made an absolute mess by putting an overly large amount of glue on the upper part damaged areas. They also did not patch the previous screw holes between the facia and back of the gutters. I then contacted them again and no one has come to repair it. As for siding my gables, I believe I was very clear with the sales consultant. I told him multiple times that “I am glad that I am not going to have to paint my gables ever again” and “I am blind in my right eye and am not comfortable getting on my roof ”. He knew that I wanted all the painted surfaces sided on my gables and it is their responsibility to make sure I know exactly what work they are going to do. They did not even begin installing siding until almost mid-Sept and when I received a call from them asking me how the gables looked, I said they looked great, but the job is not done because the facia and sofit are not sided. Come to find out they only intended to side the gable end even after I repeatedly and stated the work I wanted done, I am a consumer and when I say gable, I mean the whole structure and have been told by other roofers that the facia and sofit are part of the gable as a whole. What homeowner in their right mind would ever hire a company to just put siding on the gable end, it doesn't make sense. I soon spoke to the manager and was told that they would not finish the job and claimed they had met their contractual duty. My contract is vague and has no images and only says “Gables”, which I interpreted since 6/7 as meaning the entire structure and was not told otherwise by the sales consultant. More to say but out of characters. I always thought this was a good company. I was wrong as they have not tried to make things right,
