WARNING: This is a company who rips off customers and their employees!!! ?????? I worked for ****** as a recruiter sales agent and brought them several new customers, and ********************** left one of their customers high and dry by damaging their siding, never fixing it, and then they never paid me for bringing in that client, despite the fact that they made a big profit on that sale! The client , therefore, refused to pay the last 2000 or so dollars that they owed ******, until ****** came out and fixed the siding, which ****** never did, despite them promising to do so. (Thats called a LIE, ******!) That clients roof was a very expensive roof to replace and I had to fight the insurance company on behalf of the client, to get their claim paid and I also did a lot of work on behalf of both that client and ****** and yet, I did not receive one red cent, not any commission or any compensation for all the hours, time and recruitment of this client for ******, even though ****** made a healthy profit off of that client: a client that they would not have had, if it hasnt have been for me! I was also supposed to be paid an upfront $300.00 finders fee for signing new clients as customers, which they never paid either! I talked to the boss, who kept putting me off. Now i work for someone else who is honest with their dealings with the customers and employees! **********************: when you dont pay your employees, thats called stealing! When you dont fix a broken siding that you caused, thats called fraud! Shame on ****** for ripping off their employees and for ripping off their customers by not keeping their word! ??

After receiving information that this Customer had not been taken care of or followed up on by the Sales Specialist/project managers who were over this project I (**** ********) the owner of Rescom Roofing & Construction called the homeowner schedulded to personally come out with our handy man and get the repairs done next day at 5:30pm. We did so and the pictures are attached above in file Siding Before & After. After communicating with the customer we also agreed to not collect the remaing 2k due to the ball being dropped and still needing gutters that they no longer want since it is turning into a rent house. That being sald This Job profited a total of $1,111.92 as you will see broken down in document checks in & out. ****** agreed commision rate at this time Is 40% we are more than willing to give him his portion of the proceeds ($444.76) as our procedure is to pay commisions when jobs are closed out by the sales specialist/project manager. As you will see in the above file communication i also offered to pay ***** early before the project was closed out since it was dragging out. I never heard from ***** to meet and get him a check. ***** was compensated for the only other job he brought in previous to this one i can provide that info if needed. ***** I hate this has come to this as I would of met and talked this over in person any time. Let me know if you would like to pick up your proceeds we can leave it in an envelope in the office. We always strive to opperate in good faith with employees and Customers which is one reason we are one of the only companies who require $0 money down until we finish the roof and all our roofs come with a lifetime workmanship warranty. If you have any other questions dont hesitate to reach out ************.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, if they will indeed pay me the $444.00 they owe. I did reach out multiple times to be paid and I was told they could not pay me until the job was finished, yet they would never finish the repairs. Im glad you have now finished the customers repairs. I also brought in more than two roofing sales as I did bring in multiple roofing clients.

I will come by to receive my check. Please have it ready. Thank you.

    Sincerely,

    ***** ****

They were paid in full by Farmers insurance including my deductible. The brand new roof still leaks. They never paid the roofing supply company SRS and they put a lien on my house for 7,474

This Issue has been resolved with the customer. in Mid February an accounting error took place and this particular customer was sent a lien notice. As seen in the data attached the bill was actually paid on the 1st of Feb. Where the big issue took place is when **************** reach out I was unable to answer the phone as it was the day I had emergency surgery on my appendix and was the only source of contact for this particular project. As any one would and should immediate panic set in and the thought was there was a lien on his house and I possibly vanished with his money as there is horror stories of contractors doing so we will never be one of this contractors. Feb 14th I went into the hospital, Feb15th was my emergency surgery, Feb 16th I reached out to **************** and parties involved. He said the leak was fixed and was present anymore but informed him he does have a lifetime workmanship warranty on the roof if their is any problems we will come out and get it fixed. Also informed him that I think an accounting error took place and I would get a letter issued directly from SRS the material company with a lien release and showing their is no lien on his property. I do hate this situation took place mostly for the sake of the home owner and the panic I'm sure that took place. SRS is our only material company and we still to this day operate with their material have lines of credit and are in good standing with them. if their is any more questions or concerns happy to help and answer for all parties. attached files are the lien release we had sent over directly from SRS they mailed out a copy as well as our payment portal showing it was paid and the excel sheet showing the date it was paid. Below is an updated article from news 4 confirming they checked and investigated the story and reassuring viewers that there is no lien on ************************** property. ***************************************************************************************************************************************
