      My service has not worked in over a year. I have not even armed or stayed the alarm. **** *** ***** (who I guess are now The Alarm Group) never even was able to tell be that the system was armed in the last year. I receive notice in Aug 24 that I had a bill. I was surpised to learn I still had service with them. (My fault for not checking my bank service.) When I sent the letter to officially cancel the service I asked for a refund for the last year. To my surprise, I received a bill stating I owed even more money, and they were threating to send to collections. I called and spoke with the account manager ****************** just say she was less than helpful. I could not even finsih talking without her raising her voice. I asked to speak with her supervisor and was informed she was in charge. I asked her to speak with the owner to have them call me. I am still waiting on that call. One would thing after being with a company over ten years I would have better custome service. I pray they reach some sort of comprise with me. As for now, I do not recommend this company.

      The Alarm Group is not reputable. I was charged for 2 additional months after I cancelled. They would not reimburse me. Terrible customer service. No ethics at all. Avoid.

      We, The Alarm Group, entered into an alarm service agreement (contract) on June 16, 2019 to provide monitoring service based on a three (3) year agreement to start when the alarm equipment was connected to our monitoring station. On August 13, 2019 we connected the alarm equipment to our monitoring station and began billing for service. On May 19, 2022 we received a written notification to discontinue service from ********************. We cancelled service effective July 31, 2022 and adjusted the prorated amount for the remaining time left on the contract up to August 12, 2022 According to the terms stated on the contract, we provided monitoring service and billed through the agreed term of the contract.
