      Transferred the title to *************************** 08/28/2023 and have attached documentation and have also provided the same information to the turnpike authority for the erroneous billing on several occasions. The turnpike authority has sent certified letters and continues to send bills in my name for something that I no longer own and have not owned since 08/28/2023 according to the title transfer, and documentation by the State of Oklahoma. I have tried to resolve the issues by phone, and by email with the Turnpike Authority on numerous occasions and with multiple individuals and it continues to be unresolved. I what the billing corrected and out of my name and for company to seek payment for the correct individual. Despite ******** being my daughter she is of age and her issues, debts and vehicle are not the responsibility of my household and note that she uses our address but does not live in my home since November 2023.

      This business told me the ONLY AMOUNT I HAVE TO PAY IS THE ****** and the $40 for the pike pass. And thats what the csr *** in ******** agreed to, I wake up this morning to another charge from pike pass for $417.90. I DID NOT AGREE TO THIS $417.90. Pull the call. Its the matter Id I was lied to. I did not plan for this. If it was upfront given to me I would have planned but it wasnt. I am a single mom and then theyre taking money I didnt agree on. Is not okay. How many other people are they lying to. Please help me.

      I have an existing toll tag account. At the time of creation, some tolls were not attached and i called in to pay them after a few months with fees; i get that. The rep over the phone said she can add this Zip Cash bill to toll tag account and it’ll be taken care of. Now a month later, i come back from vacation and i see new bills and collection notices. I call in to see what happened and the new rep said the previous rep did not do this correctly and now i have to pay new fees and there’s nothing they can do. She talked to her supervisor and she said i have to pay the new fees, even tho they weren’t my fault, and there’s nothing they can do. This is a bad business practice and this company is charging customers money unethically. The rep i spoke with on the phone said she sees where I’m coming from that she would also be mad if this happened to her but there’s nothing she can do. So when employees make a mistake, it’s on the customer to take a hit with expensive fees adding up $20+$50 for an additional notice…. How are these ethical business practices? It’s insane how this company runs their business and there’s nothing we can do about it.
