      I dont think, IK the Oklahoma ******************** is criminal. They have the power to suspend your license at will. Even if they cant PROVE you liable. I had them send me a bill for fees that I simply did not accrue. The oyjer day? My brother got a bill from them. He hasnt driven AY ALL in the last ten years. Hasnt had any vehicle on his name in almost the same time. You wont know theyre gonna do that to you? Until its already in collections. Its a real shame that this country has forgotten about its civic duties.!or the fact that we are a CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC! We are a SELF GIVERNING SOCIETY??with a SILENT MAJORITY. We could solve these problems if wed do something like start a movement to audit our entire state and federal governments. Americans just dont know what they could have? If theyd STAND UP!!! They know you wont? So they run afoul all over the place.

      We traveled on the turnpike in the spring and never got a bill. In the fall, we traveled on it again and shortly after we got home, we received a bill for $60, which included late fees. We also received a letter from a law firm in ***** to collect fees we owed. We called the turnpike authority and explained what happened. They reduced the fee to $20, since we never received a bill for the spring trip and, therefore, had no late fees. We called the law firm, but they didnt know we had paid the bill and said it would be a few days before they would be notified of the fact we paid the bill. Based on our experience, its clear there are many problems with the way the Oklahoma turnpike is run and we will never travel on it again. Id rather travel extra miles than be subjected to bogus bills and harassment from attorneys.

      Requested for my account to be closed in Dec. 2023 and remove my car but the company did not close it. Now, I have a charge that I have to pay or it will go to collections. The account was suppose to have closed!!!! My am I being charged for pikepass' flop?!

      They hold your license plate as ****** if you owe back ********************** fees! Can't get my tag for the car and they won't release my tag! They claimed they sent letters but they never did. The plate pay is a scam !

      I would put negative stars if I could. This private organization with zero oversight from elected officials, nor are they accountable in anyway to the citizens of Oklahoma, is only interested in padding pockets of people and businesses at the expense of citizens and property owners of our state. They do what they want without regard for those of us who live here and made this state our home.
