      If I could rate this place zero, I would. The female in the office on **************************** will take your payment but not turn on the gate access code for you to enter and it is like pulling teeth to get ANYONE ON THE PHONE!!! The customer service is TRASH!! They s**** you so they can put your stuff up on auction! My friend paid a month and they wouldn't give her access to get her things! I don't give two $#/*$ what the situation is, if someone pays their storage bill they should be given access to remove their things!! Not held and then put on auction. I need a response from someone! Do not rent from these people.
