    On May 17 2025, I emailed Renewal by Andersen and stated "I received an email that appeared to look suspicious and claiming to come from Renewal by Andersen. Can you please confirm if this is legit or needs to be reported to the proper authorities?"
    In June of 2025, I received a Renewal by Andersen July 2025 flyer in USPS mailing.
    On May 20, 2025, I notified the University of Illinois Chicago of a misrepresented email chain appearing to use their uic.edu domain as a reply to with a from that was using Renewal by Andersen that was sent to my personal email address.
    The information in the email was misrepresented and unwanted in seeing although I received flyers from Renewal by Andersen through USPS mailing, I never was a consumer with Renewal by Andersen. The University of Illinois Chicago within the same day immediately reported the suspicious email that is using their uic.edu domain, whereas Renewal by Andersen did not exercise timeliness, but to issue a generic message of "we will pass this along to the team."
    I am disappointed that Renewal by Andersen did not take this matter seriously in seeing this was reported to them in May to the email they display publicly for feedback concerns. But rather to send a July flyer in the mail.
    I have also reported to FTC of the suspicious emails.
