      I'm so not surprised they are a C- with the BBB...The idea is great, but the customer service is awful! This company is just about the shiny impression, not the people they serve at all. I've had to make adjustments to my account twice and the first time I was told in the store that I had to call in... However, NO ONE ever answers the phone for the ******, ** locations. You only get voicemail. So, I left a voicemail and when they called back they said I had to go to the store for a downgrade... So, they just don't have it together. I was overbilled two months in a row and four calls and three emails later it was finally resolved and they did offer a credit, albeit with some attitude. It was clear I was a pain in the neck to them... This should have been a very simple transaction, but no. And frankly, the management truly doesn't care. That is my honest impression. They have this "glo-**** impression of some great business, but the people running it are not too bright. I just went to re-add my daughter back to my account and guess what? No one answers the phone. They can't do it over chat. She's not under 18, so she doesn't need my approval. She was on the account already, so this should be even easier. But no...I have to go to the store WITH her to add her, even though she's been on the account before. This really just seems like a simple transaction and should not require any hoops for the customer to go through in my opinion. I really wish they'd train better for these types of account issues that are quite simple. I literally dread dealing with any account issue there. As for the actual tanning and spa services. It's all equipment, which is rarely fully in top shape. The misters are often out of water. I've been in the room ready to tan several times and the bed won't start, so I've had to get dressed and go back to the front desk. They do clean the beds to the same degree as other salons, but all salons could really use a deep clean more often.
