- Additional Info:"On February 11th, 2025, Stone's Window Works, LLC came to the attention of BBB. At this time the BBB received several calls from consumers alleging that they paid for windows that were never delivered. Two consumers filed BBB complaints after paying deposits for new windows that were never delivered or installed. The business claimed delays due to back orders but eventually stopped communicating and failed to issue refunds. All phone numbers, websites, emails, and fax numbers are disconnected, and all postal mail communications are returned to sender. Consumers with outstanding concerns are still encouraged to file a complaint for BBB records but may also wish to contact legal counsel and/or The Attorney General of Oklahoma. Based on the information detailed above, BBB cannot confirm the legitimacy of Stone's Window Works, LLC."
