Working with Window World was a wonderful experience! Our salesman ******* was helpful and knowledgeable - assisting us from start to finish! The install team did a fantastic job & all work was done in a highly professional manner. We look forward to using Window World again for future projects & would highly recommend them to anyone needing high quality, affordable windows!

From beginning to end, Window World answered all of my questions and made me feel great about my purchase. The installers were friendly and professional and got the job done in one day! ******, my salesman, was awesome! Very patient and explained everything to me so that I understood the entire process. And the price was exactly right!I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my new windows. I could just sit and look out them all day long! Great company! Service after the sale even after 12 years! Window World is a phenomenal company to be savvy enough to hire to stellar fellows like **** and Jereamy! I purchased my windows in 2012! Noticed they were sticking and called the store to see what they recommended, never expecting they would send their crew out to inspect my windows.It is refreshing to see someone enjoy what they do! We always tell everyone that we have the best warranty in the industry and this review proves it. If you are looking at this review before you purchase from another company, I ask you to take the time to read a copy of their warranty and compare it to ours. We will take care of you longer and cover more than the other guys and we will be a very competitive quote and much lower than the other big guys who came to be twice as strong as our vinyl windows. Great company that you can depend on when needed! Excellent service provided from start to the completion of the window installation. Appreciate the work performed in my home today by their associate ****. He explained what needed to be done and was thorough. Our house was built in **** and still had the old aluminum windows. They worked but were drafty, hard to clean, and not appealing. We called several companies and decided to have Window World come out for a quote. The salesperson was very good and knowledgeable. He gave some good information, and his kit showed a lot about the windows. He measured everything and we ordered 14 windows of all different sizes actually. Before the windows were ordered another person came out and remeasured every window to verify the original sizes. We received an email saying the windows would be made and shipped with an expectant arrival date of January 9, ****. After a week we received another email saying the windows were on the way and set an installation date of 28 and 29 December 2023. The installation team came out at 8 am just like they said and began work. The two installers were very nice and did an amazing job. Each window was an exact fit. During the install our salesman came out to check on things and shortly after that the owner of the company came out to check on things. Once completed the installers walked me through each window asking me to check for anything that needed attention. Once that was done, they gave us a very good demonstration of cleaning and use of the windows (sounds silly but these were double hung and cleaned from the inside, locks to only allow the windows to raise a few inches, etc). They thoroughly cleaned up everything and I do mean everything to the point that the cleaned all the glass. Not long after installation the artic winds came soaring through and the temps dropped but no wind at all came through the windows. The house was noticeable warmer and quieter. In short, Window World did an amazing job, and we really do like the looks of the new windows. A great company to work with. Thanks! I do recommend them.Window World of Oklahoma City

We used another company to install our windows. Was that a mistake! While the other company came in cheaper, the windows were mis-measured (too large) resulting in them taking several more days longer than promised to install. The vinyl siding was warped due to the oversized windows which means over the years eventually water will get in to the interior. The caulking work on our entryway windows looked like a school-aged child attempted it. Additionally caulk was smeared all over our vinyl siding. It was an horrible mess.Window World/******* came in to save the day! New siding installed and expertly caulked by a professional. The owner even made a special trip to ******** to pick up extra materials needed to complete the job in a timely manner. Completely impressed and will never stray away.Sometimes you do get what you pay for.Window World of Oklahoma City
