Thank you so much for your kind words and acknowledgment of the process. It is a process that if it is done correctly it appears easy. All our installation teams have been doing this for many years. It is not an easy job but the **** of a true professional is that they make it look easy. There is also a team who goes before them to make sure you get all you expect and more if possible. This starts with the design consultant and ends with office staff who process the information and then order the products. We also have a team to take care of any issues that *** arise after the installation is complete. I invited ****** into my home for a demo and was very impressed with the windows. After 30 days and two other window demos I decided to go with window world and never looked back. I had 23 windows installed and when *** *********************** showed up I expected several days worth of work. To my surprise in two long days they were done and nothing short of amazing. They were professional from start to finish and absolutely courteous and east to work with. I would recommend these windows and this crew to my family or friends without hesitation. I'll start this testimonial out by saying I am over 70 years of age and have been living in a house built in 1985 for over 20 years. I decided I needed new windows when I got tired of watching the plastic billow out from all the cold air getting through. I went to the show room, where the receptionist was able to show me how things worked and was able to answer all of my questions. As I was leaving, she gave me a number of brochures to read. I had a much better idea what kind of window I wanted, by the time the salesman arrived. Things went a lot more smoothly. **** started out as a window installer and knew all about how things would get done. Everything was very straight forward and I was offered everything I wanted for a great price. . I waited for less than a month for the windows to be built and shipped to OKC. ***** and his helper arrived on time as promised. The work was done quickly and efficiently. From start to finish, four windows were done in less than three hours. They left, with no sign of ever being there, except for my new windows. As an added bonus, because I picked the energy saving windows all I had to do was to get some paperwork done and I could get a rebate from OG&E , which I didn't know until I was handed a sticker that was on each window. I could probably use more words to describe how much I appreciated *****'s efforts; but I had to limit myself to a certain number of characters.Window World of Oklahoma City

Window World was excellent to deal with and were very responsive whenever we had questions and kept us informed of our order progress. Their installation team was very professional and efficient and always on time. James and Wes never had a problem with explaining to us what they were doing and why. They also did a wonderful job of demonstrating operation of our new windows. We love the color and we have noticed a big difference in the amount of heat and cold coming in to the house.Window World of Oklahoma City
