    8/2/24 I made an online download purchase of Cad Pro Platinum from DSI for $99.95. Beforehand, I read their testimonials and according to them, the program was what i was looking for. I looked for a return policy but was unable to find it. Soon after the download, I attempted to use the program and was dismayed out how difficult and time consuming it was. I went back to the testimonials and did some searching for those clients and found them to be non-existent. I immediately tried to contact *** for a refund and was forwarded the refund policy link which said, "no refunds". *** made false claims about the product, and it seems has made false testimonials as well.

    Delta Software International, LLC CAD PRO product delivered was not usable. Company was contacted twice immediately after purchase requesting support on 4/5/2024 and 4/8/2024. Delta Software International, LLC would not respond. Filed a complaint with the credit card company and had the credit card charge taken off. Delta Software International, LLC sent an email threatening legal action. Gave the company an opportunity to resolve the issue however they stated they would prefer to contact my attorney.

    April 1, 2024 at approximately 5:30 pm est Purchase price was $99.95 The business committed to provide me a digital download for their PROCAD software program.The nature of the dispute is my purchase was never completed. The download failed and I was never able to install their software on my computer. I have reached out to seek a refund or assistance in downloading the software so I could use their software.The business claims to respond to help desk tickets within ***** hours (as stated their page.)I received my first response 14 calendar days later and they were utterly unhelpful. They told me to reach out to ********* for assistance. How would ********* be able to help with software I am not in possession of? They provide no way of contacting them other than this help desk form. I found phone numbers on my credit card statement that go unanswered and on BBB site that go unanswered. I have provided my phone number and the vendor has not reached out.I have since filled out a second help desk ticket that has garnered no response.Sometime after 10 days of no response to my initial help desk ticket I filed a chargeback with *********** which they temporarily granted upon further investigation.Almost immediately Delta Software sent me an email clearly meant to scare me into letting them keep my money even when I have received nothing in return all the while still not responding to the second help desk ticket or reaching out to me via the number I provided.The vendor claims I have downloaded their software more than once and has threatened to take me to court in ******** but they won't take the 5 minutes to reach out to me and help resolve the original issue which is I paid for their software and have yet to receive it. I understand they are not BBB accredited and every indication points to me being out $99.95 while they continue to pray on people while providing them no form of recourse other than a dead end web page.Order # *****

    Our CAD Pro support team responded to ********************************* support request on 4/15/2024. The customers technical support request was an error he was receiving that stated he did not have administrative permission for installing the software. Our support team provided the following information.

    The error message stating that you have reached your download limit, is only displayed when you have exceeded the number of electronic software downloads you purchased. Once you have downloaded your software from our servers, you cannot go back and continue downloading the software. The reason for this is because you have paid for a single user license of the **********************.

    Your error message is due to the administrative privilege settings within your Windows operating system.

    Our support staff is only for support questions concerning Cad Pro. ********* has a support staff for the ********* Windows operating system and we recommend that you contact them concerning the setup of your administrator privileges for the Windows operating system.

    I don't expect to ever see this money or to have their support in competing the initial download. I only want to help other consumers avoid the headache I have endured. If they would have reached out to me via telephone like I have asked them to multiple times this problem would have been easily resolved. As proven by the download history submitted with my complaint the initial download of their software failed before completion and I have never been able to install let alone use it. This could easily be proven because the software key issues to me has never been installed or registered. 

     

    They never responded to my second request for help yet immediately responded to my credit card charge back request threatening me with a lawsuit.  I think this tells you everything you need to know about them as a company and ***** continues to come across as a con man who prays on people $99 at a time behind his computer screen.

    Unless you are a trained graphics professional, do not make this purchase. Very misleading. After hours of reading directions and trying to make it work and feeling like I was misled, I wrote the company an email to ask what the process would be to delete the product and get a refund (the same day that I purchased it). I received an email back from the "legal dept" stating, "If you choose to not make payment for the software or dispute the charge, we will turn you and your company over to a collection agency and have it reported to all three major credit bureaus and our attorneys." This is not a company that values it customers. Buyer beware.

The customer has also made verbal threats via email to our support team and legal/admin department. **** downloaded the software on his computer and within a few hours requested a refund by making false claims about the software. The website provides detailed information of the features and functionality of CAD Pro. Any type of Cad software will require time and effort and a basic understanding of blueprints. Cad Pro is used by Fortune 500 companies as well as admired educational institutions and numerous people worldwide for commercial and residential blueprints. The ease of use, flexibility and drafting/design tools included are the main reasons customers purchase Cad Pro. Cad Pro has been developed and priced to offer customers an inexpensive solution for producing quality blueprints of any type.

    Our support team takes pride in working with customers who wish to cooperate and not make ambiguous or false statements to gain free software. Our company has made a considerable investment in developing the proprietary software. All software companies small or large will protect their proprietary products.

    Our software refund policy is always on our website for all customer to review prior to purchase. At the time of purchase, **** ****** agreed to the terms and conditions of the software purchase, which is available for ****'s review and required prior to all purchases.     I bought this software to build a house and deck design because there website shows a wonderful easy to use program but what I got was a outdated and junk software that is nothing like what there website describes. I contacted them to seek a refund but there saying I am making false clams and will not refund. This company is a scam.

    This is the same response to everyone that complains. This is nothing that was any help to me in fixing the issue at hand. They just want to keep people from getting refunded. I have been in contact with the company over email they sent the exact thing to my email. I am not satisfied with there response. This company does not care about there customers they just want to scam anyone out of there money.
