    I need a home design CAD program to help to design a multi-level detailed floor plan with elevations. I purchased their software (Cad Pro) thinking it provided the capabilities I needed. After an hour of using the the software, it was obvious the program was woefully inadequate compared to what was stated on their website. After some digging, you can find MANY negative reviews about Delta Software International on ******. Soon after purchasing and trying out their program, I contacted their support via email as they do not have a phone number on listed on their website, requesting a refund. The next morning I received an email from their support team:Refund Policy: "We do not offer any type of free trial period; therefore, your Cad Pro digital download software purchase is non-refundable. Our Software Refund Notice is always on our website for your review. At the time of purchase, you agreed to the terms and conditions of your purchase, which is available for your review and required prior to all purchases. The terms and conditions provide complete details of our refund policy as well as our Software Refund Notice.Please read the refund/return notice carefully. ********************************************************** ."I believe it is quite obvious that this software program is falsely advertised, developed with an elementary level of capabilities with little to no support.

    This software was advertised as having several instructional videos and templates for a DIY design. As soon as I opened it after download and started to search for videos, I realized there is ONE video that has nothing to do with starting a design, it's very obviously structured towards engineers.
    That's fine, but I am not an engineer and it was obviously nothing that I could use. So I deleted the program and requested a refund. It was denied. I filed a dispute with my credit card and was immediately threatened with legal action. I forwarded the message to my attorney and was informed that that letter was a direct violation of the Consumer Protection Act and was specifically designed to intimidate and threaten.
    I find this behavior abhorrent and pathetic. I don't care about the $100 lost to this garbage program. What matters is the bullying behavior that should NOT be tolerated.
    Do not support this company. Find a small business with better ethics.

    I was looking for a good CAD program ant was over whelmed with all. Tried Cad Pro to find out it will not run on IOS my mackbook, I'm not the best at computers, so I asked for a refund and was told no. Out $118.90 I could have used it to feed the kids.

    The customer is making false comments and accusations about the support response they received from our support staff. Here is the support response sent to the customer. The software will run on a Mac iOS computer.
