    Unbelievable. I placed an order in April , they said it was in back order and would be shipped with in a couple weeks. A few months later after contacting them, they continued to say still waiting. Then Im August. The company closes down! No refund my money was basically stolen.

    Used to get my scrubs through this group and I paid $275 for four sets of complete scrubs. This was in April of 2024. Its now 7/30/24, and I STILL have not received the order.Now, the website is gone, and Im out nearly $300Anyone know how to get my money back?

    I submitted an order and was notified that the items purchased were on back order. Money was taken out of my account 3 months ago and I still have not received what was ordered. Stay away from this business!

    I ordered a set of scrubs last year. 2023. I have not received them as of June 2024. I have tried to contact them several times with no reply. They stole my money.

    I placed an order in July 2023. For 1 top and 2 bottoms. The black pants were on back order which I knew. After placing the order. They reached out a week or two later to ask if I would like to change the pants I ordered so I would get the order faster. I stated no because that style didnt not fit me well and I didnt want that style. I was told ok and things should ship soon hopefully. Today is 3/26/24. I have reached out at least a dozen times between email to the company, the email associated with the pay pal account, Instagram and have never got a response back. I either want my $120 back or the items I ordered.

    I placed an order of two pairs of scrubs and one shirt was on backorder. Even after the shirt was available they never shipped my order. I attempted to get ahold of them several times by email, Facebook messenger, and even tried calling the warehouse. The phone number they provided was not working. I eventually had to file a complaint with my credit card company and get my charge refunded. Its unfortunate because I really enjoyed their scrubs and now I have to find another company.

    This company takes incredibly long to respond. Whenever I order scrubs from them , they seem to take weeks to get them. Then getting a return label takes a long time as well. I recently returned a pair of scrub bottoms and haven’t received my refund . It has been more than 2 weeks since I returned them. Their customer service is awful .
