December, 7th 2023 I had placed an order for scrubs a top and a bottom with a code for free gifts added that came out to $79.39 for their blackout sale. Ordered from this company may of 2023, inquired 3 months later when they will be sent out... company replied with a generic email stating they are overseas using the deployment as their excuse... reached again asking if they can change the color because 7 months later I no longer need Ciel blue but the navy blue because my position changed, no response... their IG and FB show multiple people have not received their orders, I commented on posts asking for my order and still not response, messaged sent to them have been deleted so they're not showed on their IG... March 2024 I asked for my money back, no response ... the company has taken money from people and opened a new business which I also commented on and the comment was deleted... Im a returning customer. Order placed with them November 27, 2023 in the amount of $117.60. I have reached out on all platforms including their website (when it was functional), email and all social media to which I have had no response. The last email I received from them was an automated birthday email in ********* and since their website has been removed and is no longer active. They have taken many customers orders and money and have seemingly closed without refunding all of the empty orders of medical scrubs.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with their website on 1/31/24 for a set of mens medical scrubs, the total was $79.39. I was charged and sent an email stating that the scrubs were on back order and I would be contacted when they were available. I did not hear from them so I emailed them on 4/27/24 with no response. I then emailed them again on 7/19/24 with no response. I also attempted calling their telephone numbers but they always went straight to voicemail at any time of day. The last time I went to their website it was not working. Up until today I believe they were still taking orders online. I don't know if they are fulfilling any of them and just keeping everyones money or if they have gone out of business. Either way they have not contacted me nor sent me my products and are completely unreachable.Initial Complaint

May 10 2024 I ordered 1 scrub top, 1 jacket, 1 scrub bottom, and a pair of socks were free for a total order of $118.30.My order #***** with the link in the e-mail provided by Shopify for view my order does not work. It has expired and Shopify webpage with BeneFit scrubs isnt available. Attempts to contact company havent been successful. No response. I made a purchase on 01/09/2024 just shy of $200. I have contacted this company using their customer service, returns email and their ******** and have not received a single response nor a refund for my order that was NEVER FULFILLED. I have been a loyal customer since 2017, I love their scrubs and what they used to stand for. I have never had an issue before. I placed an order February 5th, 2024 for $72.39 and another order on February 7th, 2024 for $178.50. I have reached out multiple times beginning in April via phone, email, online chat and their social media. I have received no response. I have asked for a refund multiple times, with no response. It has been 5 months.
