      vyve can't provide 24hrs of constant service without interruption. their idea of fixing things is to run a new cable to your home and then do nothing. they expect you to pay for service that will drop out for days at a time or every ***** min. when it does work. when they bury the cable they don't check for anything else and have cut my **** lines as well as electrical lines. their customer service is garbage with cut and paste responses. with the number of people in my immediate area that have vyve, none of them like vyve and ALL of them have the same complaint. I will not be paying them for this months service since I haven't received any service that is worth a dime. I look forward to seeing them in the small claims court and presenting my modem logs as well as the pictures of their garbage equipment to the judge and see about getting some of my hard earned money back from these criminals. I would suggest that you avoid these clowns as best as you can because their service is junk, just like their equipment and lines.

      Called in to inquire about getting local TV along with internet I am already receiving. They advertise on their website a plan starting at $35.00. When I spoke to the **** he said it was going to be over $80+!! When I asked how, he said taxes and service charge?? How?? $50 dollars in taxes and surcharges?? Looks like false advertising. Will be switching to a new provider soon.

      Multiple problems/delays with installation. They are charging more than they said it would cost when I signed up. *** tried to get ahold of them multiple times with multiple methods, they wont respond. Horrible.

      Price increase last month and now another one this month so greed inflation is alive. Speed is much slower than advertised. At 300 Mbps streaming shouldn't be a problem yet pauses are frequent. Good luck finding your data use when you go to your account, which should be an easy thing to find. My guess is they don't mind you going over to automatically get charged more. Just disgusted with the greed.

      Nothing but issues since installing. You can tell they know they are the only outfit in town with any decent speeds because they don't care about their employees overall connection at all. ******** come out twice, had to PAY for one of them when it's their equipment that was faulty. Had another come out this week, he tightened a cable and removed a splitter. Still have the issues. BBB should really rate them at an "f" as I have multiple friends that have the same issues with ZERO attempts to truly solve.

      Vyve has caused many hardships to my family. We rely heavily on internet as home schooling and my husband working remotely. Vyve has cost us more out of pocket expense and not to mention heartache due to no internet for days on end over and over for more than 5 years!! Work, life quality and grades have all suffered due to the lack of support and quality of this company. You can complain and request credits monthly for years and nothing it annual bill increases. Not one credit has been issued after lengthy discussions how their failures affect my family. This company should be put out of business and we customers should be compensated! We are leaving Vyve this month. Kindest regards- A concerned and harmed family

      Terrible service. Cannot reach any support nor technicians regarding help. Fake typing when you call the service hotline just to dupe the customer into thinking they try. Absolutely despicable way of conducting business

      I have had nothing but issues with Vyve since October 2022. First we had issues with our service not working, nothing was ever resolved until I filed a complaint. We have called numerous times about getting the cable buried that’s currently running across our yard and our neighbor yard. They have told us since October we are on the schedule for “that upcoming day” never once has anyone been out to resolve the issue. I have called and asked to speak to a manager for 2 weeks now. They say someone will call me… no one ever calls. Highly don’t recommend!
