    Big Rollerz Asphalt was hired to improve driveway and road encircling property with chip and seal protective product and a sealant. ******************* (**) ******, representing Big Rollerz Asphalt, informed me that the overall square yardage was 870 sq yds, and I would be charged per sq yd. When the protective chip and seal was shown to be defective, I measured the actual sq ydg, which resulted in a 546 figure of sq ydg, substantially lower than what *************** wrote in the contract. The chip and seal work was completed on 1/26/2024, with ******************* guarantee for 10 years. On 2/1/2024, *************** was hired to apply a sealant to the chip and seal, guaranteed for 25 years. The cost of the chip and seal was $25,000.00, the sealant was $10,000.00. I never received a copy of the warranties despite many text (15) and phone calls, during which ****** promised that the warranties were "in the mail". Although it is written on the contract, I have no idea if the warranties exist. Per contract, *************** no vegetation would grow through either the chip and seal and sealant. Within one month of the completion of the work, it was apparent that the seal and sealant was not effective. Vegetation was growing through the chip and seal at all areas of the road. I contacted *************** and sent him multiple photos of the vegetation. At times *************** replied to my text messages and phone calls, but very sporadically. He promised correct the problem, and to mail me a copy for the warranties. He has never been back to my property. On May 3 2024, *************** contacted me by text to inform me that he was in the hospital. He promised to return once he was able, and to mail me the warranties. *************** provided as the address ************************************************************. There is not a business office or any type of presence for this company at that location. All attempts to locate the business in ***** have failed, with inquiries going to an address and phone number registered in *****, ********.

    The warrenty papers have been sent to u not once but two times i have two office locations i told u aswell the sealant would stop the grass by 80% nothing is 100% as far as the square yards go that extra area is the double corase of chip seal that had to be applied to the areas that you had problems in and i also dont only respenct big rollerz asphalt i own it i responed to ever phone call and every text with u and told u i would be there to correct the problem and just like i stated i would correct the problem untill i dont anwser your phone calls and ur texts please dont run me or my business down purn *********************** owner operator big rollerz asphalt

    Big Rollerz came to my home in January. They said they could chip and seal my gravel driveway. They charged me $9700.00. It looked good for about a month and then the weeds started coming up. There were weeds everywhere. When I pulled a weed up there was only dirt not tar on the roots. I have called them several times. They tell me they will come back and do it right. That was several months ago. ** (one of the owners) said I was harassing him and that they would come to fix the problem. No word from them for 2 months. The price was ridiculous for a driveway of weeds. I have to give a star to leave the review but its not even one star

    Thank you for your post Mrs.***** you forgot to mention that in your contract reads we do warrenty grass,weed,ect. In the contract states use roundup for grass,weeds,ect. And you signed by it . I appreciate the work thank you ***************
