    I have been harassed for months by two of their tenants, who moved in next to me. They have tried to poison my dog, yell slurs and threats at me daily, and have a creepy camera recording my property. I own my home, so just moving isn't really an option right now, and they refuse to do anything about it or the invasive camera (which actually records my bedroom/patio/entire backyard). Not only would I not recommend renting from them, I would absolutely NOT purchase any properties next door to theirs. Complete and utter nightmareif so could give them less than 1 star, I would.

    I would not suggest anyone moving to Stillwater to rent through this company. When moving in, I was asked by the apartment complex to move in a few weeks after my lease would have started to let the previous tenant stay longer. When I refused they proceeded to tell me they didn't have to let me move in that day, although once I said that would be a violation of my lease they allowed me to move in. While renting from this company, I didn't have many problems with them simply because they don't care enough to visit or take care of issues at the leased homes. The maintenance takes weeks if not months to come out and fix anything. When moving out, I made sure to clean my unit very well. I had to even pay to get the carpets clean, even though they were not damaged at all and I paid a pet deposit fee, which should have covered any damages had their been any. When looking at what I got back from my deposit, the company will only send you a transaction receipt from every time I was every charged for anything. This is obviously a tactic the company uses to confuse people, although at the end it shows how much you were charged for a "prep fee". When taking any money from a tenants deposit, the company legally should provide an itemized statement so I'm not sure how they can get away with that but they are most definitely charging for things that they probably shouldn't be. I had damage from the previous tenant, which they never repaired, and wanted to make sure I wasn't being charged for it but that never happened due to poor management. They will also refuse to provide you with one even if you ask. I was also charged for a cleaning fee. Im not sure why I was charged a cleaning fee when the pictures I have clearly show that they don't actually clean them. In conclusion, this company way overprices, will charge people for damages that weren't don't, don't repair units, and has TERRIBLE management. Save your time and money by not renting through them.
