Rick and his crew are great. We have had our service vehicles in several times (unfortunately, lol). They make the process simple and get the work done quickly, even through COVID (bs). Give these cats a call, they can do it all. Fast, quality, simple, highly recommend!!!

Very poor communication &unsatisfactory work. Dropped my vehicle off on March 6th.
My 1st call back from the shop was March 14th.I called on March 21st, 22nd, & 28th with NO call back from Sarah. I was told on March 30th that they were waiting on parts. April 5th, I called &Sarah told me it was going to paint &would be ready Friday. I asked about not receiving any updates &I was told, "Im sorry I didn't update you on your time frame, I had children to go home to." I told her I understood, but that was the time frame you gave me &was going by the information given to me. I asked to speak to a supervisor because I was not confident in the information I was receiving, &Sarah rude with me asking questions about my vehicle. I asked 3 times, &she told me No that she would not interrupt her supervisor to speak with a customer. The owner Rick called at 8:22pm the same night. He told me he didn't see a problem with Sarah's attitude or the lack of communication. He went to explain the process. I grew up in an auto body shop, &my mother married her mechanic. I know the process. He guaranteed me that if there was a problem, he would call me back personally on Thursday &let me know. No call Thursday.
Friday, Sarah calls & says everything is ready, but the AC is not blowing cold. They don't know why &will have to send it back to the mechanic. I called the repair shop & insurance 4 times. At 6:15pm, Sarah called & said a mechanic looked it over &fixed whatever the problem was &the AC was working. She said she would allow me to come pick it up &stay open for me. I thanked her &was there within 30 minutes. The alignment is off. The tire pressure sensors are not working on either rear tire, &the vehicle was not detailed. I am a woman, &I feel like I was taken advantage of because they think I lack auto body &collision repair knowledge. I am very unsatisfied with their customer service &workmanship. I will never use them again, &I will tell everyone I know about my experience.
