    I, ***** ******, attached written authorization from *** ****** to submit on her behalf.I am submitting this formal complaint regarding a deceptive, high-pressure, and exploitative sales practice targeting my elderly mother, *** ******, that took place on Sunday, May 11 at ******************* in *****, ********. The vendor involved was ******, operating under the parent company Lionesse.The total amount charged was $1,721.08, which included $1,428.08 for a skincare device called Elevare Plus+ and an additional $293 for a lifetime warranty. This purchase was the result of an orchestrated, high-pressure sales strategy that involved deceptive and coercive tactics spanning several days.Two days prior to the sale, while shopping for a dress for my upcoming wedding, my mother was approached unsolicited by a representative from a nearby kiosk she did not approach them. Despite her polite disinterest, the employee pressured her to sit for a free treatment, then physically walked her across the mall to the actual storefront (located on the opposite end of the mall) under the pretense of signing her up for a Mothers Day treatment.When she returned for that appointment on Sunday, May 11, she was subjected to nearly two hours of aggressive and relentless sales pressure. Despite her objections and repeated attempts to decline the purchase, she was manipulated and mentally worn down until she agreed to the sale under emotional and mental duress. After feeling taken advantage of and within an hour of the purchase, she attempted to return the unopened product and was denied.This series of events reflects a pattern of deceptive conduct that exploited an elderly woman and deprived her of the ability to give fully informed and voluntary consent. I believe these tactics violate the Oklahoma Consumer Protection Act.I respectfully request your office to investigate this incident, their ongoing practices, and assist in securing a full refund of $1,721.08.

    9/15/24 at 12:35 pm CT I was In the impression i was purchasing item that was ****** to me for $162.78 after sells person was gathering my stuff putting in bags i left and i got home i notice my account was charged for additional $1,627.76 with out my consent at 3:45pm CT i return to store requesting a refund they refused when i was never explained there was no refund after that associate said i had subscription it was going cost an additional $3,698.57 it will charge on my card as recurring payment felt harassed when purchasing item associate said was $100 turn out to be over $1000. I told them I will be disputing transactions with my bank i won't be taking items i need it my money back associate called manager and said they were only allowed to cancel subscription but not return what they had already charge me. They are scammed telling you one thing and abusing from noble person taking advantage of there kindness i left items at the counter and took pictures of the associate with items he threatened said you won't get nothing back clients never win a dispute. Horrible human being!!!!
