After a high pressure sales pitch I felt I had to make a purchase. There was a sign that says no refunds They do not give you any copies of paperwork that I had to sign. I took back the products unopened and in original packaging the very next day. They would not take it back. I also did not use the treatments. I am 77 years old and felt preyed upon. This business uses unethical business practices that is 100% intended to trap consumers into purchasing over priced products and infra red therapy devices, I am talking to a lawyer to see if I can get my money back. Also I am looking into having a law put into place for a 24 hour period of return, no refund or return policy

Pressured a 65+ year old mother to buy a $4,000 package because it would "make her feel younger" but refuses to accept unopened unused items for money back due to insane policies. Business does not acknowledge wrong-doing for scamming someone and refusing to let them leave after "testing the product" on her. Considering small claims due to scam perpetrated by location.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They are extremely pushy people. They take advantage of people and force themselves on you. Even after telling them no multiple times they wouldnt leave me alone. I had made a purchase, they wouldnt give me my product so I can leave.. they kept trying to sale me a pitch to scheme more money out of me. I tried returning the product to get my money back and they couldnt even do that. Business and hospitality *****.

They coerce and use intimidation tactics for you to buy their products. They prey on vulnerable young teens. Once they trap you, they won't let you leave and get pushy when you say no or try to walk away. And then they have the audacity to have a "No return, exchange only policy."
