    Like many others, our small/simple job dragged out for months. We were left with a damaged cabinet, no under the sink doors, and no foot plate for months after they were eventually put in. Austin charged me an extra $400.00 for pulls that were supposed to be included - yep, tried to steal from me. He dodged my calls for weeks. The owner, his dad, finally called me after I started threatening to call the BBB, parent company, etc. He seemed like he was going to fix all the issues promptly, but quickly lost interest in me just like his son. He did refund my $400.00 Austin stole from me, so I guess there's the one star I gave these clowns! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

    Our order for a hutch with cupboards and cabinets in the master bedroom was initiated last April, and estimated to have been completed by the end of June. It is still not completed. Customer service has been abysmal. My advise to you if you are considering this company is to RUN!

    When contacted about the error, they admitted it, but would only offer to meet with me, not refund the money. They promise things, but don't deliver and do not document orders, instructions, or their policies. The delivery was twice as long as promised, and they never updated us. They didn't have an invoice or instructions for the installer. When we reported problems, they blamed us and never came for a final inspection. The quality of the cabinets is ok, but the business management and accounting are not ok.
