      Ruhl is building a home next door to ours. From the time they started it has been nothing but a night mare. The city code enforcement tried to help me but they were not able to get very far. First it started off with every time it rained our yard & sidewalk would get washed out with mud. Due to the fact there was not the black tarp in place on normal sites. There was black tarp there from when our builder built the home but it was broken down and not standing properly. Then when they finally started having more work done on the home the construction workers would leave their trash outside, and with the wind would fill out yard. I was outside picking up trash from my yard and flower beds daily. After enough calls, where I honestly felt like I was harassing the builder they finally put up enough tarp to catch the trash - didn't bother to replace near the sidewalk and we still had washout every time it rained. This has ruined our yard closest to their house. Now they had their concrete poured and our yard has concrete all along our yard by their sidewalk and our sidewalk that touches theirs either has mud or concrete buildup. The complete disregard of their work is baffling. My next worry is my biggest since they built the house up. When they grade that yard they are going to wash our yard out if they do not put in a drain. We have been here over a year with no issues and we can just see the problems building with no resolution.

      Good Afternoon,

      Ruhl Construction sent someone to the jobsite after this complaint was filed and failed to see the items that were mentioned in this complaint. At the current state of the build we still are not seeing these items but are doing better to maintain a clean jobsite.
