    I had some concrete repair done by this company back in May 2024. The repair was not performed correctly so they simply applied epoxy to fill the height gap and now acts as a ramp. We reached out via email several times and it is still not fixed after the owner stated we are on his scheduler for the repair. 3 months later we still are in need of the repair and we are not getting a response from the owner. Simply put, I would not recommend this company for any repairs as the workmanship is not good and same as the response from Master Lift. If you get paid to do a job and you don't stand behind it, then its only a matter of time until the doors are shut. I guess I will just consider this to be a loss and call out a reputable company that are professional.

    I needed to have piers adjusted through our warranty with MasterLift. We called and texted many times in September, and it took the entire month for Steve ********* to finally schedule us. And they said it would be 2-4 weeks before they could get to us, then he scheduled us 2 months out, and then didn't show up. They never called or texted. I voided my warranty and will be moving forward with another company. This company won't honor their warranties.

    We 100% will honor our warranty. Unfortunately it rained the night before and day of your scheduled adjustments. We reached out via phone call and text and received no response from you. We had been patient and tried to accommodate you even though you were lacking the funds to do all of the work necessary. It did take you several months to contact us back after we called multiple times to help so let's get the story straight here. This was not due to our lack of attention or willingness to help. It's apparent it was a financial issue on your end and that's all you had to tell us, rather than ignoring us or providing multiple excuses on your end.
