    Company makes it difficult to pay premiums on purpose. When you sign up credit card is fine, later the bait and switch you. I dont give out my debit card info for very good reasons. Now I have to spen an hour moving money around while traveling.

    These people are terrible to deal with. They are making promises that they will not deliver on. Ive been waiting for a tow truck driver for three hours even after they told me the tow truck driver was on his way. I can see him on the map and hes driving the complete opposite direction from where I am. Ive already had to call three times for status updates because these people are lying to me making false promises.

    Bought auto and home insurance. Payed for the first month. Got no proof of insurance for the police. Spent 3 hours trying to contact aaa to show the police I have insurance. They were closed and I have no proof. I think that company is comitting fraud.

    AAA insurance in *************** was quick to reach out and offer home insurance as well as auto. The problem was we bought the auto and homeowners insurance August 30, 2024 but never received our home policy. After 60 days I demanded that we have our PAID in FULL policy in hand. **** our sales agent delivered it on Oct 29, 2024. However in November our policy was cancelled Our agent, **** ****** was new and was acting under his boss **** Radsen when he took the money for BOTH policies WITHOUT consent to cover us by the underwriter.

    **************** is horrible! I tried to reach them by phone but continually get the automated assistant which cannot accomplish anything. I cannot speak to a representative/agent in person. Apparently, *** is unable to hire people to staff their phones and so is taking shortcuts by making customers access online services. Unfortunately, not everything can be done online. I've been a AAA insurance customer since 1985 - the automated assistant keeps reminding me when I call - but when I need to speak to a human to ask complicated questions about coverage my call is ignored. Thanks AAA for reminding me that it's time to switch insurance carriers.

    *** Complaint 104% Increase to 6 Month term policy.Without getting into the weeds with respect to personal and family loyalty to *** over the years. I can honestly say that I have paid approximately $80,000 in total Auto premiums to AAA in my present lifetime. Which for me in retrospect and in terms of my lifestyle, is a huge amount. I am 58 years old. Over the years I have been of little to no burden to *** regarding claims against my Policy. I have had a commercial drivers license for 15 years which has lent to me being a more conscientious driver. I recently traded in a single owner vehicle which *** carried the policy for since 2001. I broke down and traded in for a new 2024 **************. In doing so, my 6-month Premium went from $561 to $1217. To be honest I dont know if this qualifies as a complaint or a cautionary tale. Whatever it is, I have Lost respect for AAA and in turn they have Lost the remainder of my lifes Loyalty. P.S. Formal alternative provider Quotes obtained so far are significantly hopeful. So, no worries of me being an old burdensome road hazard with no Insurance. P.S.S as I still have remaining words available. Nothing is more frustrating than an assistant agent full of empty empathy and sorrow with no ability to see us as anything more than the algorithmic characters we are. Good Luck Gen ******

    We have had AAA insurance on our vehicles, home and trailer for the last 7 years. In those 7 years we have paid a lot of money to them and we pay in full every year. Never once missed a payment and only one claim made on our trailer when it was damage by high waters. We added a vehicle and there was an amount of ****** owed due to full coverage. The women on the phone told me the amount could be paid by the end of the year. Well we had to make a claim on my daughters car. When I called to make the claim they told me our insurance was canceled due to the ****** non payment and the claim was denied. I made the payment as soon as they told me. They told me after talking with them on several occasions that there was no exception to the rule and they would honor the claim so basically they stuck their middle finger up to us. That is the costumer service they give to their customers! No loyalty to anyone. I will be changing insurance and giving my money to someone else. They deserve nothing in return and thats not the way you treat Loyal customers who never missed a payment in 7 years and paid on time due to a mixup over ******.

    Our previous home owner's insurance (Hippo) up and left our state leaving our home uninsured after 2 years (please look this company up as well). We decided to bundle everything with AAA insurance given we have been an automobile insurance customer for over 15 years. Shortly after, *** cancelled our insurance policy without notifying us whatsoever until 2 weeks before the cancellation date (snail mail). They stated they had not received a home inspection document, so we scrambled to get that sent it which took 24 hours. Upon receipt of our home inspection they told us they were sending it to the underwriting department and we will hear back from them. In the end, they never got back to us and instead send another snail mail letter of cancellation with a check for the remaining balance paid from our escrow. At this point we were livid and feeling completely let down, so we called again to get an explanation. We were told that they cancelled our policy because the inspection was over 180 days old! Our immediate response was, YES OF COURSE it is over 180 days old - duh! Our policy, at that point, was cancelled. We were ************ conclusion, every bit of information we needed to prevent this was only given to us BECAUSE WE PERSUED IT. We had to call in to demand details. ***'s communication has become non-existant and they clearly do not care about keeping their loyal customers. Today we were informed that we can use their "home inspection app" which would allow them to rescind the cancellation and backdate it there would be no gap in coverage. WHY ** WERE WE NOT TOLD THIS BEFOREHAND? Terrible company that does not care about it's loyal customers - only the new ones. We will be switching from this horrible mess. Avoid AAA like the plague! You've been warned.

    They cancelled my membership due to what they say is excessive usage even though I stayed within what they sold me on. Hiding behind the statement they are allowed to cancel at their discretion. But they won't refund me the 3 months left on the membership. Guess they don't understand how insurance works. Some people use it and some don't. Poor communication.
