    Friends, if you have AAA do yourselves a favor and ditch their worthless butts. Currently broke down in ******* for the last 4 hours. We were on our way to *******...AAA told us that the tow truck was on the way and our out of pocket would be about $500 for the 211 miles to get us there. Tow truck was a no call, no show. We called to check status and was told that AAA only covers $500 for RV tow and that our cost would be over $4000. When I renewed my AAA Premier RV the sales rep confirmed that it would cover 200 miles of towing for the coach. The first time we need them AAA states that they changed their policy in 2021 and now 200 miles is only for standard vehicles, mind you I verified when I renewed March 2024 that they would cover 200 miles for an RV if needed. Disgusted long time member here. Will certainly be canceling and going to Coach-Net. I will never recommend AAA to anyone again.

    Theyve left me stranded 3 times over the last few years!!! Today with 7 grandchildren in the Motorhome!!! No call back or nothing!!! Ive been a member since 1997!!! Im done terrible company!!!

    They provide horrible roadside service! There's a 2-5 hour wait in my area for a truck. They don't contract nearly enough providers.
