    Same here as **********'s review, "My next step is to file a complaint with the Oklahoma Attorney General. BEWARE if you are contacted by BCF. Only gave 1 star because the system would not accept zero."I signed a contract at the beginning of March (over 5 months ago) with ********** of BCF and no longer get emails or calls back about payment. Bottom line - maybe I won't hear back until he/they ("they" like to pass the buck) sell my rights to someone else or I take them to court - hopefully the first. My brother did finally get payment last year but said it was slow. My oldest brother signed his rights away the same time I did and gets a real runaround when he talks to whomever (****, ****************) answers the phone. I don't have that capacity to continually listen to their excuses.

    This company is a nightmare to deal with. Although initially they seemed to be professional and up front about everything, after acceptance of their offer to purchase mineral rights they have been unresponsive. Per the terms of their offer, the closing of the purchase was to be completed within 10 Business Days of their receipt of closing paperwork. We met all terms of the offer and since they acknowledged receipt of the paperwork, they are unresponsive to emails, and phone call. When we do get email responses, they are vague and noncommittal. The last email indicated we would hear from them Friday (today) however no email or phone call was received. Other family members have had similar experiences. My next step is to file a complaint with the Oklahoma Attorney General. BEWARE if you are contacted by BCF. Only gave 1 star because the system would not accept zero.

    Good people work at BCF Minerals in my opinion. They treated us nice and offered us a good price. BCF explained the process and followed the process as described. It worked just like they explained and within the time frame given. Every phone conversation and email exchange was conducted in a professional manner. Michael was very helpful.

    I cannot say enough good about BCF Minerals. Paul and John walked me through a very difficult process of gathering documents and dealing with a trust. It took a few months to agree on a price, and a few months more to complete and they were honest, kind, and thorough about each step of the process.
