    I think we all should file a class action lawsuit against ******** they never returned my money when I got the notary package, just kept lying about refunding me.

    December of 2022 I ordered a notary package from Burkhart. I have never received my stamp or anything. I have tried emails, they have never answered any of them. I have tried calling several times and no one answered the phone. I finally drove up there and their building is closed. They sent me an email on their notary packages and I went with ordering from them. This is a scam and these people need to be stopped. I have lost a lot of money with them and can’t get a refund or find them to find out what went wrong. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

    I used them before and got my product. My notary ran out in June 27, 2023. I still have not received my stamp nor my notary bond papers. Went by there 3 times and got the same old excuse...that they were so busy and would email me when it was ready. Had hundreds of notary stuff on the shelf that he said people ordered and hadn't picked up. I went by there a 4th time and there was a handwritten note on the door stating they were remodeling and sorry for the inconvenience. They have two phone numbers and neither of them work. No returns from the email address. They should not be in business PERIOD. I want my money back! My notary expired and I had to register as a new notary all over. I had to go with another company to get everything which means I was out of pocket again!

    I placed my order for my Notary renewal in May 2023
    It is now July 2, 2023. I have called/ email repeatedly
    Went to Burkhart's. No one that works for Burkhart's is there. Just a guy that works in the other business there at the same location. My Notary expired 7-12-2023. I have had the same Notary # for 22 years. NO ONE WILL RETURN CALLS/ EMAILS OR REFUND THE MONEY TO MY CARD THAT THEY TOOK FOR MY RENEWAL

    I used this company four years ago for my Notary Renewal without a problem, so I did not hesitate to order my 2023 renewal from them. What a mistake that was! Do not understand what has happened to this once-reputable company. Like so many other reviewers, I now have to file for a new commission and start all over, plus contend with a dispute resolution to get my money back.

    i ordered my new notary stamp and supplies in March and paid for it, because my commission expired the end of march. i use my notary for work. i have left multiple messages and sent emails with no response. i will file a complaint with the Oklahoma Attoney General next. This poor business practice.

    Ordered a notary bond and stamp package from their website back in February. No response to emails or calls. The notary has now been cancelled by the state since the bond wasn't supplied. I have filed a complaint with the Oklahoma Attorney General's office because this business needs to be held accountable for their fraudulent practices!
