    Date of the transaction: 2/14/2023 Amount paid to Burkharts Office Plus: $81.20 Burkharts Office Plus committed to provide me: Renewal BASIC Notary Package The nature of the dispute: I placed an order to renew my notary stamp on 2/14/23 as I had previously purchased my notary stamp from Burkharts. The order was accepted on their website and my payment (in full) was accepted as well. It is almost one year to the date since I placed my order and I still have not received it. I have called every number I could find, emailed which was returned undelivered, as well as used their online contact form, all with no response and no resolution. What has Burkharts done to resolve this issue: Burkharts has done nothing to resolve my issue as I cannot contact them. Order #: ********* (The status of the order shows as Processing on their website. I googled Burkharts Office Plus and it shows as temporarily closed. I do not understand why their website is still active if they are closed and all aspects of contact are not working.

    I placed an order to renew my Notary March 20, 2023. I still have not received my product, nor a refund. I have tried to contact ********** for months. I went to the store this week, and they have closed down the store front. How many people have had money taken, and no product delivered? This needs to be justified.

    On April 20,2023 I went to Burkharts Office Plus to order my notary stuff. As of today 10/12/23 I still have not received my product. I've called, emailed and gone in person to check on the status and all I get is someone will call me back and that supplies are backordered. I paid $72.70 to them and have received nothing. At this point I'd like to have my money refunded to me, unfortunately I no longer have the account the card I paid with. My transaction id for this purchase is ***********. Thank you for any help you can give me.

    I placed an order to renew my notary with ********** Office Supply on April 11, 2023. I paid approximately $75.00. I have not received a response to my queries of a status report since July 5, 2023. I have called, unable to leave a voicemail message due to being full. I have emailed, without a response. I have driven to the business address and it appears permanently closed. I want my notary to be renewed or at least a refund. It appears that my order and payment were taken in bad faith. I only want what I paid for. The business has sublet another business, Smart Cartridge. They have not seen the owner in a long while.

    On 7/11/2023, I was charged ***** for notary supplies that was never sent to me. I have called multiple times but no answer, it kept saying mailbox is full.

    I ordered a notary renewal kit on 2-15-23, and they still have not renewed my notary commission with the Oklahoma Secretary of State. My commission has since expired, and I will now have to apply for a new one. I have sent several emails with no response. Their online contact form does not work. And they never answer the phone and have no voicemail set up. This business should be shut down!

    I purchased a Notary Stamp and Bond on January 24th. With a notary you have 60 days to file the stamp/bond. They never provided me with the good and after several refund requests, I have yet to receive my refund. I spoke with a Josh, Scott, and mainly Tom. I honestly believe they are one large scam. Per Google reviews, this is happening to several people. If there is anything you all can do, please don't allow them to continue scamming people.

    I paid for a notary renewal with no communication. No update and have not received my renewal. They will not issue a refund or communicate.

    I ordered my notary bond renewal with Burkhart's in December for . The payment came from my account December 15th for the amount of $151.19. To date I have not received any information regarding my renewal. I have tried to call numerous times and get no answer and the voicemail is full. I have tried the regular number, the 800 number, and the new number listed here. I have also tried to email them and have had no response.

    On December 7, 2022 I placed an online order for a notary renewal with Burkhart's Office Plus in Tulsa. My Oklahoma Notary Commission expires January 16, 2023. I paid $81.20 for the notary renewal and related filing of documents.

    On January 14, 2023 I sent an e-mail to *********@burkhartsop.com requesting a status of my notary order. Upon receiving no response via e-mail, I called the company on January 18. I was told that someone would get back to me on my order. I then called the Oklahoma Secretary of State and discovered that my notary commission had expired, and that no order had been placed to renew my commission. I promptly called Burkhart's back on January 18 and explained that my notary had now expired and I needed to talk to someone immediately. I was told that the owner, *****, handles the notary renewals and that they would text him about my situation. I have not received a response back from either ***** or anyone at Burkhart's.

    Today, January 19, I have called Burkhart's numerous times, there is no answer, and I only receive a message that the mailbox is full. I have now read Google reviews regarding Burkhart's and believe that I have been scammed by this business. There are many reviews just like my own experience: Persons have paid Burkhart's for their notary renewal, the renewal and documents have not been filed with the Oklahoma Secretary of State, and each person's notary commission has expired.

    I now have an expired Notary Commission, which is necessary for my job, and will have to find a way to file a new commission with the Secretary of State.

    At this point, I demand a refund of $81.20 at a bare minimum.

    I have an update to my claim. I visited Burkhart's in person last Friday, February 3 and requested a refund. The owner wasn't there but they called him and he walked them through processing a refund, which I did receive via the original credit card payment method. Ironically, while I was in the store, they received a call from another person who had requested her notary back in August and was also complaining.

    I had to file for a new notary commission with the Oklahoma Secretary of State and the very next day receive an email from this company offering their notary services. I wish the Secretary of State did not have them as an automatic notifier when persons obtain a notary commission. There's no telling how many persons they've done this to.
